Yeah. The last 5 characters in the address (or fewer if you skip some powers) are your build. Each one stands for one power (from the top), and the value is a hex number that represents the build for that power. The numbering is a bit different from what we're used to here because every possible build needs to map to a single hex. So you'd get '7' for a 4a, 5b; and 'C' for a 4b, 5b. Your final code might be something like 459GF, corresponding to 4a in first power, 4b in second, 4a, 5a, 6b in third, 4b, 5b, 6b in fourth and 4b, 5b and 6a in the last. Or something like.

Two little ones: Warp Ammo and powers armor weakening not stacking and Sword Mastery 6 not working for plain old melee.

I'm still planning to make it reflect the weight glitch, show DoT components of powers, Overload damage against synthetics vs against organics and effective (with DR) shields and health, but not now.
