Trollolol - In a Gold game on FirebaseWhite vs Collectors. On wave 11 one of the pugs decideds to pull out their nukes and wipes out a spawn, I was playing with Biggs at the time and the enemies ended up respawning right next to him and he got synced as a result. To avenge him I kited 2 posessed abombs to the LZ and with around 30 seconds left I blew up the abombs killing both pugs leaving me as the only survivor. It was worth it just for the hate I got from one of the pugs.

Duo - Later I was playing with SimonShepard and 2 pugs (Gold/Firebase Dagger/Cerb). Everthing was going smoothly until wave 6 when the pugs suddenly became headless chickens, running off on their own and getting killed. Turning a pretty smooth game into a Duo

I think when that phase shifting left/right stuff starts happening, if you take hard cover it settles down

2 UUGs on Giant and Hazard White (GIP). I used my punch-all-the-bosses melee AIU w/Crusader.

The Giant (Cerberus) match was interesting, because all us pugs seemed to be average or below average players (nobody scored above 60K IIRC; I was in the lead for most of the match* until an extended period on the deck on wave 9.), applied powers carefully and without many spectacular combos or feats of skill, but the match was fairly easy, everyone revived each other when needed, there was no scorewhoring, and we all extracted. Working as intended?

White/Geth was more annoying. First, I used the Graal, which is not a bad shotgun but not as good as I remember. I think the Raider, Purrana, or lolreegar would have taken those stupid Hunters down easily. Second, there was a pretty good Kroguard who was doing a little scorewhoring on the side. He ran off to kill stuff across the map during wave 10 hack in the lower control room, so I followed him and took the following actions, which are submitted for BSN approval:

-Missiled the gang of Geth he was attacking
-Hosed him with snap cheese until he gave up and headed back to the hack

I'm sure there are more effective ways to deal with lolpugs, but it got the job done.

Also, to commemorate getting synched on wave 11 twice yesterday, I got overconfident invited every Pyro and Hunter on the map to the lower control room to stomp on me like Joe Pesci in (pick a scene from Goodfellas). I was out of noob matrix and ended up just missing the shuttle.

I'm highly annoyed that twink beat my personal best of getting Brutesynched twice in one game.

Finally got around and started up ME3. Took my Hunter GI (GPS, Shotgun amps, Phasic ammo) for a walk against Collectors at White Hazard. Three PUGs joined underway, made it to extraction quite smoothly.

Whores

Decided to pug some Platinum. Host was a BotB TGI with Harrier and Reegar, who had a Giant/Reapers preset ready to go. Another pug was an N7 Destroyer, who got grabbed by a Banshee EVERY WAVE except for Wave 3. More on that below. We never got a 4th.

Wave 3:

It was the center hack, topside. The TGI was over under the ramp, next to the ammo box. I decided this was the true objective of the match, and went to stand next to him, making sure that I was actually touching the ammo box, so that he would never be able to get any. The enemies kept spawning from that corner room across the map, and funnelling through the two doorways. The slaughter which ensued was incredible, and the poor pug, hacking all alone, never even got downed throughout.

When he finally finished the Hack, I was a good 30k ahead of the TGI Host, a deficit from which he never recovered. He did pretty good overall, and back in the lobby, I suggested to him that perhaps he's ready for U/U.

Lonely

Took my new favourite t-shirt (Jug/BW) for a spin in PUG land. Started a U/U/S lobby and didn't bother waiting. Got White/Reapers. Sucked everything dry. Died once. Full extraction with 2 rockets, 5 ops and 5 medi-gel left. All alone. Not a soul about. Sad flashlight.

Suppressor challenge in 4 minutes I could believe, but this is bullshit. I call HAAAAAX!

RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGEQUIT

F**king Hazard Glacier/Collecturds/Gold.

After being taken out by the teleporting swarm for the fourth time (on wave 4), I RAGE-GELLED and whipped out that f**king Cobra for five RAGE NUKES in a row (at least one of which killed 01 Collecturd Trooper). Then, as all of the other pugs were revive-piling like champs, I engaged Emergency Action Protocol XXVII and RAGE QUIT.

STRUGGLE.

My galactic readiness was all the way down to 51%, so I played a few matches with friends first, then went pugging. Collectors occurred. I suffered a lot.

The bright side is that taking a break allowed me to become a lot more relaxed about gameplay and less invested in the concept of "winning," so dying in increasingly stupid ways was more entertaining than frustrating.
