It's been useless since Yummy took away the lab theme but I've been too lazy to switch my signature.

I was lucky enough to get an ad when I clicked on it (don't use a blocker when I'm here), so I was able to stop it before the song started. I considered that a warning.

Opposite Day

I dropped into a GiP where revan-cat of all people was running solo. We kept on as a duo for a while, then gradually a couple more people filtered in and we eventually made a full extraction. Here's the weird part though: even though he wasn't always on top of the scoreboard, and even though he went down a few times where I couldn't get to him, he didn't quit his own game or even toss out any verbal complaints. The guy definitely has skill, he ran the first few waves solo and had to clutch one of the middle waves when I got stuck on cover and grabbed. His setup was bizarre though - a Shadow (after the match turned out to be level 8) with a Black Widow, a Harrier, and Cryo Rounds. (???) He never cloaked offensively while shooting, but only for evasion and to do devices. Weird setup and strategy aside it was really nice to have such a good game together with someone who's been so touchy in previous games.

Working as intended.

I joined Tecdet's U/U/P lobby. Apparently, this person has some infamy? Well, I know they do. It was just us two, and Tecdet readied up. After some internal debate I decided to ready as well, even though I was anticipating a wipe, just to have my expectations validated lol. I was using a PPR Destroyer, and they used [some class with singularity].

The match turned out to be Geth Condor. The first wave featured three ragegels from Tecdet, and I might have taken every kill or just about. Not one but TWO players joined as idle-crashed. One of them rejoined idle-crashed during the third wave, and probably someone else. After doing 3/4 of a circuit during the first wave, mowing down everything in front of me with the PPR, Tecdet eventually retreated to the new player spawn area with our braindead teammates. And stayed there. Wave two was okay for me with the three statues at player spawn drawing most of the aggro. When it got too hot, Tecdet missiled the crowd twice. Pretty sure there were two more ragegels.

Objective wave rolls around and we have to deliver the devices. The first device happened to be at player spawn about 6 feet from Tecdet. Needless to say, they willfully ignored the device, and it was at this point I knew how we would wipe since I wasn't going to help someone who clearly didn't want to win themself. I was going to drag the round out as long as possible while recording it, but I got heavy frame loss when I started recording and died to a grenade. Perfect! That was fine by me. Only after everyone died and Tecdet was trapped did they contemplate the device in front of them, moving to pick it up, and dying to Prime stunlock a single Pyro after using a missile on the Pyro in front of it.

I'm not even mad.

Ugh.

Tried a random Tsol build on lolSilver (Mistake 1 - I didn't use an automatic weapon ). Didn't realize I was carrying the entire group of pugs until I got knifed by a fantom on wave 10 targets and everyone else was dead within 10 seconds. In desperation I texted USE MISSILES (since these were the type of pugs who were fully stocked as everyone knows you save them for wave 11) just before the Misson Failed screen came up.

Previous game (Gold Cerberus) with Human Adept went OK; I stayed alive most of the game which was a vast improvement on yesterday's disaster.

Intolerable: Both matches (unknown lobbies) were on Hazard Ghost.

Hardworking.

At one glance; greenies. Two of them, they played no toons except humans and their kit were below 5s. However, they were hardworking; know their priorities when it comes to objectives. *thumbs up*

Micro managing teammates shields/barriers while still wrecking shop as the VMS.

Recon Mine spamming drell showed up and proceeded to spawn bomb waves 9, 10 and 11. Wave nine I can forgive, but he dropped spawns on me twice while I was delivering pizzas on wave 10. This guy also ignored the objectives on the other waves too. I followed him around and spammed shockwave for a bit and went tryhard during extraction to ensure I was up on him by 30k points or so (without missiling spawns).
