Ghost Hazard/Collectors. Played with two decent pug's a nice game.

Ghost/Collectors. Next game i found almost the same, safe for beeing the standard map and the two pugs were not decent. Wiped in wave 8 after I was stomped before I hit the ground. Gotta love them captains.

That person was active alright and by active I mean when I was following em around when they went down again and again he/she tried to run into spawns. Goddamn wanker.

Sticking with friends this weekend, not worth it.

edit: Funkzilla joined us midpoint through the match, for the earlier waves it was just me and another who were pulling the weight.

Yesterday sure was a bad day for pugging on pc it seems, had only one decent game myself - rest was either full of clueless newbies on Gold, high-cp guys refusing to use any sort of equipment or the host just lagged out completely in the middle of a game.

I'll be playing with some friends this evening, too - should be fun

Tried to play two matches last night, first match started with a friendly voice commenting on my username, then omgbbq 120fps laggy host, quit midway through wave 2.

Second match I quick matched into a preset lobby that I was somehow the host of. I usually quit right there, but I was tired and just wanted to get A match in. Changed to UUG, lobby filled and we were off.

My Carnifex GI tried to finish the last three W10 devices alone, but having solo'd most of wave 7, 8 and 9 (had 15 revive medal halfway thru W6 escort), but it was not to be this day.

Its the Murphy law right there. When loadout is crappy, you get a crappy GiP on laggy host with rubberbanding. When you polish it up to something nice, you get a good game. Works for me all time every time.

Interference

I landed in a Gold lobby preset to geth, so I switched to Black Widow QFI (because sniping toasters never gets old). We ended up on Giant in a slightly laggy game, though not laggy enough to cause real unpleasantness.

There was also an asari adept in the game; that player and I kept getting in each other's way. I was doing my usual Cloak -> Sabotage -> shoot thing and would sometimes find my target being Thrown across the map before I could take the shot. And the asari would sometimes put her target in Stasis only for it to be sniped from across the map

Good game, though.



Miracle

If I were to say "Condor", "Collectors" and "wave 10 hack", you'll get the picture. I was playing HFE to complete the Combat Drone challenge; the other players were a good Juggernaut, a rather-less-good Juggernaut and a revolving door.

I'd like to say that the good Jugg and I carried it between us, but I think the Jugg did the lion's share of the carrying, including clutching a wave after I got stomped. I was fully expecting a wipe around wave 8 or 9; when we made it through the hack, I wondered if we'd wipe before completing the mop-up. I was pretty much out of consumables by that point.

We didn't get full extraction, the fourth player got eaten as I recall. Still, a partial extraction and a sense of achievement will do me And it didn't hard freeze, always a bonus...

I'm a middling player at best, and consider a 50 kill medal to be my benchmark for a good Gold game. If I don't get 50, I think I've underperformed; but if I get 75, as in this game, I take it as an indication that I've had to pull more than my weight.

And I did complete the Combat Drone challenge

There were... I think there was AssGuard at first.
