I find it problematic being on the bottom right. When you are quoting, the button to post is on the bottom right. When creating a new post, the "View All Smileys" button is there while the post button is on the bottom left. There should be consistency because I keep trying to post and instead bring up the smileys.

Suggestion: Swap the locations of the smileys and create post buttons.
