Which characters DO you want to return in DA 4?

Sorry Hawke, Warden = Drunk Alistair, Loghain and Stroud fans but those 4 aren´t very likely not in Veilguard even if they are Fade survivors,

For continuity sake I would love to see very brief cameo appearances by all those who have been in DA 1,2,and 3: Leliana, Cullen, Alistair,and Flemeth - even Teagon lol !
I'd also like to get updates on Cassandra and Dorian.

Cole is another candidate. I loved his comments, it was so much fun to decipher them. I think Kieran would be interesting to see again, but since he isn't mandatory character I don't hold my hopes up.

And, of course, seeing that we'll visit main warden's keep - Hero of Fereldan. Pretty please

Given the Inquisitor is confirmed, I really hope every single potential love interest comes back or share a scene with her/him (just recast Cullen voice actor yikes) sorry but I would be so salty if Solavellan fans are the only ones eating good, I'm a jealous person lmao 

About other characters, I want to see at least Sten, Zevran, Fenris and Merrill for story reasons besides Dorian or Morrigan who are a given.

Since I will likely be playing a Grey Warden first, unless Shadow Dragon or Mourn Watch becomes irresistible, I would like to see at least one of several potential past-game Wardens present at Weisshaupt.

Carver/Bethany Hawke if made a Warden
Anders? if spared (returning to the Wardens would be a suitable punishment for him, though Vengeance!Justice would be a problem)
Alistair/Loghain, and/or Stroud if not left in the Fade
Thom Rainier if made a Warden

MC!Hawke if not left in the Fade - Not a Warden, but Inquisition did say he was headed there.

Also some mention of the potential cure for the Calling the HoF found, and any potential leads from Avernus' research, if it was allowed to continue.

EDIT: Also Nathaniel Howe, Oghren, Velanna, and Sigrun. If they live and stayed with the Wardens

Its a pity to hear that it seems Claudia Black is not returning. Hopefully they called her back after she tweeted that.

Merrill is pivotal imo when it comes to elven mythos, we learned a lot from her, she SHOULD come back.

IIRC in the discord q&a they said that decision of who we chose to stay in the fade is not brought up in this game, so I guess Hawke is out for now.

And Im not asking for the characters to be involved in the plot, just for them to have at least ONE scene with the Inquisitor. Let me dream!! lmfao

Blackwall dies in the Trespasser epilogue slides if you send him to the Wardens, so I don't expect to ever see him again. (They player only finds this out in a world state where they romanced him, but Word of God - or at least word of Sheryl Chee, which is good enough in this instance - says that it always happens, the Wardens just don't have a reason to notify you if you're not his next of kin.)
