I can never remember seeing shepard use biotics outside of the gameplay. I heard you can see shep use biotics with kaiden in ME3 but I never saw it so would like to know how you get that scene. and are there any others.

No, because then they'd have to make animations for different types of Shepards. Similarly, when A/K are protecting the Councilors, Kaidan doesn't use biotics because Ash doesn't have them. It would have required them to create two different ways of dealing with things, such as Kaidan using biotics to stop anyone from being shot - or even keeping Udina away from the console. (Though that idiot asari could have done the same but was too dumb to take action.)

There are two incidents in the Citadel DLC where Shepard uses biotics in a cinematic. Everywhere else they are scripted to act like a Soldier regardless of class.

It's been mentioned, but Shepard does use biotics to take out a Cat9 soldier during Citadel and again during the fight with their clone on the Normandy.

Oh I heard he uses them with kaiden in some scene During Citadel DLC but that's it. Nothing in the base game. When I played ME3 last time I only had kaiden alive when fem shep romanced him. I am reruning all my save games on xbox one since My old saves got lost and I am having kaiden alive in some of them. Does shep need to me in a romance with kaiden to see the biotic scene.

Yes, otherwise, Liara will be the default if you haven't romanced any teammates.

And are you saying that liara will be the default with the biotics scene or the default romance.

It happens during the fight when Shepard is stranded from Brooks and the first of their teammates comes to rescue Shepard. Kaidan will use biotics to dispatch the last two in that cutscene before another teammate will join up. Otherwise, I can't recall any other time Kaidan will use his biotics in a cutscene during Citadel.

But that's no shepard using his biotics. I heard shepard and kaiden were using their biotics together.

I heard shepard and kaiden were using their biotics together. Doesn't happen there with Shep except under player control. I think the only cutscene use is the one mentioned above, during the clone fight.

On Mars, Shepard does the same thing, regardless of being biotic. The general command is available to all classes, but the actual punch is determined by the class's heavy melee. Citadel has BioticShepard use the Vanguard's biotic punch, while NonBioticShpepard uses the Soldier's omni-blade.
