Uhh.. Impossible to say any framerate.
Games usually want GPU and GPU (V)RAM. I think the game can run on very low hardware, but it'll not run fast.
What is your GPU? How much do you have RAM? 8GB?

Yeah, just VRAM isn't a good metric. Maybe a few years ago, but nowadays manufacturers sometimesw throw more VRAM on a board with a bad GPU just to make it a bit more marketable.

8GB ram is enough if you close all the browsers and software before starting MEA.

You'll want a new GPU also. 16GB these days is the starting point for main memory. For GPU I'd say look at GTX1060 6GB or faster..

I first ran MEA with a GTX560M, Damn that stank. i'd to set everything in the lowest settings and downgrade the custom scaling to 0.50, it looked like a potato, but i was able to play it at 20 fps... :facepalm:
