Strike Team Apex Missions keep failing

Might be ... or might be RNG ... likely the latter.

I calculated the odds on failing at least 4 of 6 81% missions: 1.4%. So, low probability, but not crazy. And if you've been doing this for months, likely to eventually happen.

OTOH, yesterday the RNG was mean. I failed:
94% Bronze, 92% Silver, 3 Golds (55-61%). Had to go in-game to complete (one with you I believe!)

I'm not sure if it impacts on it, but I found that if you send a team to an APEX mission where the remaining time on an APEX mission is too low for the team to complete, it can often lead to failed attempts anyway. I don't know if this automatic failed attempt also produces a chance for a critical failure. But I tend to avoid that now days just in case.
