What is that ininteligible mumbling in the background that occasionally happens in the game? I can't be the only one who hears it.

If the game were Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines, I would say, you are playing a Malkavian But I'm with Andraste_Reborn, you often hear Venatori spellbinders and other mages mumble long before you see them. I used to run around for half an hour to find the mumbling fool, only todiscover some Venatori in a cave (I think, that was a bug, because I can't remember, that has happend before or after)

Exactly, with the noise those mages make, it's a wonder, they escaped at all Blood magic, just put the ear plugs into your ears and forget they're there.
