I think I'm screwed but I'll ask here anyway. Started ME3 - just finished Palaven's moon and getting Garrus back. I play at 2560x1600 on a 30" monitor. For ME1/ME2, I had a widescreen fix I used with the "FlawlessWidescreen" app. Gameplay was full-screen and in-game cutscenes/convos all full screen. Unfortunately, in ME3, that same app doesn't fix the convo/in-game cutscene issue. I still have black lines at the top and bottom, but fullscreen gameplay. It drove me crazy but I did a ton of research and couldn't find a fix - even hitting up the designer of the app. I also tried "WidescreenFixer" - another app - and yes that actually does make in-game convos full screen BUT the FOV is pulled so far back, I see all kinds of artifacts and characters disappointing which broke immersion. I tried to change the FOV setting but it didn't help. I got fed up and wanted to play, and have kind of gotten used to the black lines for in-game cuts/convos. Thought I'd ask here if anyone had another idea for a solution. Thanks. P.S. I posted a question about this on the ME Reddit, Nexus mods ME3 forum and even the Wide-screen gaming forum with no luck.
