In Dragon Age Origins, there is a dlc titled Darkspawn Chronicles. The player controls a darkspawn trying to get to the Archdemon. It takes place in Denerim. You end up fighting and killing the companions of the Warden as well as others and ends with the Archdemon flying away.
Why not have something like that for ME3? I call it, "Reaper Chronicles". The dlc can only be played after completing Cronos. It takes place on Earth.
At the start, the game will lock in your Shepard. The player will have the choice to choose 2 squadmates to be with Shepard. I would include all squadmates from the trilogy. So if a player wants to have Jacob and Mordin, he/she can. Both will be with Shepard throughout the whole dlc.
Once chosen, the player gains control of one of the uglies. You see the shuttle land and Shepard and squad exit the shuttle.
The player will be able to control an ugly. When killed, the player will switch to another ugly. It will be random
the powers the uglies will have that the player can use husk - melee banshee - teleport, throw a biotic ball(warp?) insta-kill like is seen in the game brute - melee, claw grab. Claw grab will be an insta-kill when squeezing. Or throw the character instead of squeezing cannibal and Mirauder - melee and weapon fire ravager - fire projectiles harvester - fire projectiles destroyer - fire its beam of doom Harbinger - fire multiple beams of doom at one time
Shepard and squad cannot be killed until the end. All other squadmates and allies in the area can be
Once Shepard moves far enough ahead, the scene will switch to where the player controls a harvester. Its chasing Steve. It will be a short sequence. If the player hits the side of the shuttle, it won't be destroyed, If it hits the middle, it blows up killing Steve.
Shepard moves forward. The player gains control of the ravager firing at Shepard and any other ally present. Once its killed, the player switches to another ugly until Shepard fires the cain at the hades cannon. No matter what, Shepard and squad get on the shuttle.
After the game loads, the player gains control of an ugly. It plays out the same until after the first set of missiles are fired. The player takes control of the destroyer. The player can kill anyone, even some of the uglies, but not Shepard and the 2 squadmates. The player will see the missiles fired at him/her. Down goes the destroyer.
The scene switches to Harbinger. The player now controls him. The player has to fly him to Earth. He will have a certain spot for Harbinger to land on. On the ground, Harbinger will fire at everything. The player can fire at Shepard, but nothing happens.
This is where ems will come into play. If the player's ems is below 2000, after completing Cronos, the Normandy will not be seen. Harbinger, the player, will kill both squadmates. If above 2000, the Normandy shows up. After Shepard runs from the ship, Harbinger fires at the Normandy. It explodes a few moments later in the distance. At that point, Harbinger, the player, locks on to Shepard. Shepard is killed. Reapers win. Harbinger will say. "YOU HAVE FAILED"
NOTE The downside to this is no dialogue. That could be remedied by having squadmates saying watch out or to left. Shepard yelling at folks to take out an enemy. Even others can be heard barking out orders. Could have Harbinger say a few lines as well
I would say a dlc like this would last about 30-45 minutes.

This is actually a brilliant suggestion! i mean, who wouldn't like to go: "I'm the vanguard of your destruction!" whilst shooting giant space lazers? Attachments:

Only if I could talk shit like Harbinger. Of course, I could see myself screwing up the lines: "I know you feel me, Shepard. I mean, this. You feel this. You feel this, Shepard. Oh fuck it. Just die." "Assuming direct control, bitches!" For a more serious answer, no. I'm down to play games as the villain, but the playing as the Reapers doesn't seem interesting to me. The Darkspawn General was far more interesting.

Maybe. I don't know if what you described is how I'd do it.
"Opposing Force" type games/expansions/mods can be fun to do, if done right. First off I'd expect the Reaper POV to be done right. Pretty difficult to do since what do you go by? ME1 style "we are beyond your comprehension" or the holokid bullshit in which case it's just "beep-boop kill setting intiated"?
Anyway once that's sorted I would expect a full campaign, not just a mission. Start of as a husk and you work your way up. The first mission has a hapless human being turned into a husk, dropped off the dragon's tooth, and it's off to the races. You have to help your fellow husks overrun a meatbag hold out spot.
Husk powers: wall-walking and electrical repulse (ME1 style). Objectives: kill/stun meatbags, drag them to dragon's teeth to get converted. Eventually you have to wallwalk and sneak into a building where the last of them are holed up. Destroy a power thing so the rest of your bretheren can swarm and kill them. Location: Benning
Next mission, you're a Marauder, responsible for maintaing order in a death camp. You put down prisoner riots until a rescue team engineers a break out and you're tasked with retrieving/killing the meatbags. Here you get more squad based gameplay as you have cannibal and husk buddies to help you.
Marauder powers: command husks/cannibals, buff husks/cannibals.
The point is to send your squad in as fodder while you flank. If you try to solo it, you get shot down pretty quickly but with clever use of your minions (if one dies, another comes up) you eventually put down the escape attempt and recapture some meatbags.
Location: Rio
Next mission: Brute charging the line- pretty simple, you're a brute charging barricades. No subtlety here, just charge and rip and tear. Powers: charge, chestpound (buffs self), grab kills restore health.
Location: Thessia
Next mission: Banshee. Objective: meatbags are trying to retake the position you just took in the previous mission. Or maybe they're trying to sneak off with some artifact that'll help them. Doesn't matter, you'll slaughter them all. Banshee powers: switch between warp mode and normal mode. In warp mode you blink around, can go through walls, melee and grab fools (grabs restore health). In normal mode, you can use warp and Command Sense, a minigame which allows you to spawn reinforcements at key locations. You'll need to use this strategically as you can only spawn a limited number and you can't kill everything yourself.
Final mission: Reaper space battle! Pilot your very own Sovereign class Reaper as you slaughter the meatbags' pitiful vessels. First stage is a timed run, destroy as many ships as you can until the time limit runs out. This is merely a distraction to draw more fleets to you as you're actual objective is to seize the Citadel! Second stage is protecting a Reaper comrade as it interfaces with the closed Citadel to get it to open for you so you can take control. The meatbags will throw everything at the hacking Reaper including dreadnaughts armed with thanix cannons. If enough are on him they'll destroy him and your mission will fail. Reaper attacks: Fire main gun, fire secondary weapons, launch occuli (stun swarm attack) charge and grab.
Bonus mission: Destroyer's Revenge! Return to Tuchanka to get revenge on the worm that dared attack your kind! Use your superstructure to send resonant booms underground luring the mother of all thresher maws to you. Jump/dodge her pounce and fire your lazor at her. Different attack stages include sitting and spitting (like the maws do in the games), charging (the above explained dodging) and a final QTE event that kills her!
The enemies would be generic allied forces, unless there's a canon death of secondary characters we can depict. Reegar maybe?

I don't think so. Darkspawn Chronicles isn't even fun to me. Plus, it's a bit comical. I think they were going for a different, more horrifying mood with the Reapers. I'm not sure they could keep up the mood with something like this.

Not bad. My intention is to have Harbinger included and all squadmates available even though a few could be dead. Earth offered that.

If the price was right then sure, it could actually be interesting because you could add to the story to show what the other major characters and squad members were trying to do before you kill them as the enemy before final run with Shepard.

If I was the one setting the price, I would most likely set the price at $4.99. Another thing is that all squadmates don't have to be killed. They can be. A lot of the deaths can be allies that are seen fighting along side the squadmates

My first thought was "no". Then I read through what you wrote and it had a certain sort of appeal. It would be sort of like an alternate universe. And, yes, I played the DAO DLC you referenced. Just like the Darkspawn, the Reapers are completely alien in motivation. It could work.

They did make a board game where one side would be Reapers and the other would be the Alliance or Cerberus.

They did make a board game where one side would be Reapers and the other would be the Alliance or Cerberus. There's also a mod for Sins of a Solar Empire called Dawn of the Reapers that makes the Council Races, Cerberus, or Reapers/Collectors/Geth playable.

One thing after completing the darkspawn dlc, players received a couple very good weapons to use, once the player meets the requirements, when starting a new playthrough.
For the reaper dlc, the bonus could be reaper armor. Make it look similar to a reaper. It's the same color. The helmet can have yellow eyes like Harbinger. It would add +10% damage resistance, +10% shields/barriers, +10% biotic damage, and +10% weapon damage
The other thing would be when using the particle rifle, it fires a red beam like the reapers instead of green
