With DA4 being a live service, meaning most likely other BW titles will follow suit (e.g. ME5), we can only hope for a remaster/remake of old goodies, unless EA will force them to do it with Frostbite too lol.

DAO(including its respective dlc) is a good choice. ME Trilogy is a good choice and Kotor 1 and 2 are good choices.

Definitely KOTOR. I can replay the Dragon Ages, Baldur's Gates, Neverwinter Nights just fine but when I load up KOTOR I .... just ... can't.

As much as I really would love a remaster of DA:O, ME 1 or KOTOR I have to go with Jade Empire just because it is such a unique setting that I have never gotten from any game since.

Kotor and DAO. The controls are so archaic and the graphics are so dated, especially DAO. The graphics of DAO were dated before it was even released. They really could do with a modern game engine.

Remake: KOTOR. Its the mix of being too good while being too archaic, so remake it!
Remaster: Dragon Age: Origins and 2. I don't find them to be too archaic, but I'm not against upping the quality and fixing up UI etc, especially for more portable console releases.
Sequel: Jade Empire, as a soft reboot that only vaguely references the first. Remake the first game after, in a way that syncs with the sequel-reboot.
Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights - I'm up for either in whatever form, but man, so many fans seem so fixated on things having to be JUST PROPER so I don't want the grief.
Mass Effect - I'm leaning more and more on MET remakes over remastering, but I'm okay with them figuring out a remaster format that contains all game content in one app.
SWTOR - A special note that I'd totally take remakes of the class stories in single-player with optional co-op and optional PvP mode format. The base 'spirit' of the game is still compelling. Maybe one day it won't be just forgotten to MMO history but dusted off and given a total makeover.
Anyway, my big answer is KOTOR.

Going to be "that guy" and say none. Only because I don't think they would be able to capture what made the games I like special while also trying make enough money to cover the budget.
Now if was going to be done on the cheap, I think Dragon Age: Origins with just a new user experience while bundling everything into one package would be what I would want the most. Mostly because I have given up trying to replay Origins because of the DLC/Mod system the game has and it has become the "newest" BioWare game I cannot play.

I'd like a remake of DA2 where they're actually given time to polish the game and add in some of the cut content (e.g. the questline based around apostate Hawke, more reactivity in general), it'll never happen but if done competently it could kick the game up from being a diamond in the rough to being genuinely great.

I wanted to pick Jade Empire. It's a phenomenal game that too few have experienced. I had to pick KotOR. It's the best SW game ever made. The characters, soundtrack, the BioWare+SW goodness of it -- it's hard to beat that.
