None. As Todd Howard said, a game's age is part of its identity I never hear him say that. That's a pretty good quote and I agree with him. For example some Morrowind fans hope the game will get remade. But for me the dated graphics and gameplay are part of that games charm. If BioWare was to do a graphical remaster of KOTOR I wouldn't mind as long as they don't touch the gameplay. For me the combat mechanics are part of what made that game memorable. I actually heard Angelikatosh (an Elder Scrolls centered videogame youtuber) say Todd Howard said that in a video concerning a possible Morrowind remake

But since my attention span has shrunk the older I got I did not hear her mention that quote.

I voted Jade Empire. I love the plot and setting, and a bunch of the characters, but the gameplay has issues so I think it would require a remake (not a remaster).
And also in my opinion, the "Closed Fist" alignment also does not really live up to the expectations set up early in the game, and so some dialogue/choices would need to be reworked. Very early in the game you meet a guy who discusses the philosophies of the Open Palm and Closed Fist. He mentions that both an Open Palm and a Closed Fist follower may help the same man but for different reasons. Unfortunately for the rest of the game, Closed Fist is more evil and selfish (or Star Wars' Dark Side or 'survival of the fittest') and you end up being a massive prick just because you can instead of for any philosophical reasons. I do not have a problem with being a prick in the game as a matter of choice for alternate playthroughs, but in Jade Empire that should be a choice alongside Open Palm and Closed Fist options that may or may not help people in the game.
The combat also gets a bit repetitive in the game. The game has a bunch of styles, but some styles are clearly better than others. Some styles are also locked behind certain philosophy choices or quests; makes sense in-game but these styles are also not that much better than the other styles. Other styles are also obtained too late to be useful and you do not have enough points to spend by that point (unless you wait) and no way to respec. All of this to say that the combat would require an overhaul in a remake. Personally I would scrap the transformation styles, and give you choices early in the game to select your martial, weapon, and support style from all available choices. Not sure if I would keep, scrap, or rework harmonic combos. Even in current game, I would re-balance the harmonic combos and styles.
Companions are also kind of useless in combat, so are better off put into a support role. But that just means you end up taking Dawn Star everywhere since her support skill is the most useful. Not sure how you would change companion combat/support in a remake to improve their role in the game.
It feels like I am crapping on the current game, but I played the crap of it back on the original Xbox, and then again later when I bought the PC edition on Origin (now the EA App).
Also, not sure how I would handle the character creator. Current game gives you a choice of premade characters, but you can change the character's name. In a remake, would you keep that system or change it to a more customizable character creator?
