Oh man, that was a little nerve wracking for me, not going to lie. Thought I doomed a Hero a second there (RIP Grinch Cati ), but I'm glad now that I stuck with my vote. Nice start so far, so we'll see what the next day brings.

The Toy Soldier was quite concerned about their watchman going missing the previous night. "It might be a good idea to visit the post and check how the new shift is doing," he decided. Toy Soldier walked towards the watchtower as stealthily as possible. When he was about to pull open the watchtower door someone grabbed him none too gently and slammed against the wall. "I've been watching you skulking about all night! What do you think you're doing?" In spite of the cover of darkness, Toy Soldier recognised the ruffle of a skirt and the voice. "I'm doing my duty by patrolling the castle!" he stated irritably, miffed by being interrupted. "If you'd kindly remove my face from the wall and look at it, you'd recognise me." Ballerina huffed, none to happy to admit she may have been wrong and let him turn so she could confirm identify. "Why don't we go together then to make sure our watchman is fine and Maker help you if they're not!" "Fine by me." The duo went up the tower steps and saw the figure of their watchman outlined by the window. However, behind them skulked another shape who wielded a hefty board. As they entered, the figure swung the board at the watchman. "Watch out!" Toy Soldier yelled. The watchman barely had a moment to duck as the board lightly grazed the back of their head. Carried by the momentum, the assailant went flying out the window while still holding onto the board. The Grinch flopped into a massive snowdrift under the watchtower window, but picked themselves up at the lightening speed and disappeared before the watchman could pin them with arrows. The eliminated player was NONE DAYTIME

Wow, such a lot happened in the night. Still, it would seem that Cullen was protecting someone when Cassandra challenged him, then the Grinch did attack the person that Cullen was protecting. From this we can conclude:
Cullen knows the person they protected is a hero. Cassandra knows that the person they challenged (Cullen) is a hero. There is a possible hint there about who the watchman the Grinch attacked might be.
So at this point both Cullen and Cassandra know the identity of a different hero from each other but that is still going to be helpful going forward because at least they know who not to vote for. This should make it easier to narrow down the possibilities for the final Grinch.
I'm a bit unsure about what question to ask and of whom this round because I don't want to put either of our revealed heroes into danger and yet it would be helpful to narrow down the possibilities. I need to give this some thought.

Same here, going forward, we really need to be careful, what to ask.
But at least, no one got eliminated.

Alright, I think we're in good shape so far. Cullen protected a Hero (good work!), and Cassandra interrogated him. This means that two separate Heroes can now trust one other Hero in the game. So this should narrow things down during this round. I also might have gathered a bit of more info based on the narrative but I'm probably going to remain a little tight lipped since at least one spy is still lurking about. . Speaking of which, I do agree that we should also be a tad careful regarding questions this round considering what happened last night. So I'll think over my questions as well. Also, either the Hinterlands Bear is in hibernation or they're not in the game. At this point I'm hoping for the latter and not some sort of wake up attack during the next night.

I hope so too, although the Bear could be playing a long game specifically so not to draw attention to themselves. I also might have gathered a bit of more info based on the narrative but I'm probably going to remain a little tight lipped since at least one spy is still lurking about. I think the spy will already have picked up on the clue and so is likely to continue targeting that person. I don't think Cullen is allowed to protect the same person two nights in a row but perhaps adonniel could confirm whether this is the case or not.

poison? I mean, death by chocolate sounds kind of nice ... To be honest I thought it was another cryptic hint that could refer to the character via their tree ornament. So far OG's clues could point to one of three characters: Dorian; Blackwall or Stroud. All three have have a moustache, although Dorian is the only one I really think of twirling his because he likes to subvert the idea that he is a moustache twirling villain. You can buy chocolate teddy bears as well but then Santa often brings chocolate. How would that be a weapon? Well, nasty Grinch Corypheus isn't in the habit of giving confectionery treats, so a box of chocolates could be a way of baiting a trap for the spies. However, I also call to mind the Valentine's game which involved the spies giving out poisoned sweet treats. So it was literal Death by Chocolate. Anyway, either OG is having fun being a spy by deliberately using clues that have links with someone of malicious intent to throw us off or OG is simply having fun.

I might be missing something, not being a native speaker, but where is the connection between moustache and chocolate? The previous round, OG's answer to my question "Are you male or female?" was "Twirls moustache. ". So that was her first answer. Then the response to my question about weapons was to post a picture of chocolate. So that was the second answer. I was trying to make some link between them. As I say above, "twirls moustache" would seem to indicate one of three potential male characters. So then I attempted to narrow this down with the reference to chocolate. Dorian's ornament is a teddy bear (have you never seen a chocolate teddy bear?); Blackwall's is Santa (his sleigh is frequently weighed down with gifts of chocolate). As I also say above, I may have been reading too much into the chocolate and OG was simply having a bit of fun. Incidentally, I'm pretty sure that at some point Dorian does say something along the lines of him trying to show that "not every mage from Tevinter is a moustache twirling villain" but I couldn't say exactly where or two whom (although probably the Inquisitor).

There is also the possibility that OG or someone else could be Flori. OG's answer in particular is kind of giving me Flori vibes, but this could be the paranoia talking. In any case, I've thought about it long enough, and I've come to the conclusion that I'm honestly not really suspicious of gervaise, fylimar, or Space due to behavior and/or voting record from the last round. So I don't really have any desire to ask them any questions. So this means my suspicions are mainly on OG and seven for now. Other players seem a little hesitant to ask other players questions as well, mainly because of last night and probably for similar reasons that I've said myself. But this might also be because I'm not the only one suspicious of these two...

To be honest, I would rather those of you who have not yet done so did ask the same question as I did. If people are who I think they are then there will not be any danger in answering honestly and it would certainly be helpful to me in deciding who to vote for.
