I would go with the Black Widow, because it feels good, sounds good and surprisingly tastes good.
When in panic you can at least shot a few times from the hip, before some Husk grabs you.
Javelin is great. Same es BW.

Also I love the N7Valiant. It's my secret affaire.

In the beginning I was obsessed with the Kishok, but now my fingers hurt after wave 3.
