I missed #dragonageday yesterday, so a brief(ish) thread about how much I love this game and some of the highlights of my #katyplaysinquisition tag.

I picked this game up last year for our PS4 as a incentive reward for getting my work done. Little did I know I'd fall down the rabbit hole, play this amazing game, meet some new friends, and find something to hold onto in the midst of a lot of stress & depression.

I hadn't gamed for years, seriously OG Kingdom Hearts was the last game I actually did a complete playthrough on. Lack of time, interest, etc. I wasn't sure I'd like this but a lot of folks I knew had played it.
I spoiled it pretty thoroughly before I got started.

The moment I fell in love with Varric

My amazing Dragon's Tooth Maul.

When I went to Emprise du Lion too damn early in the game.

Bull basically dragging me into fights every time I turned around. It started with a giant on the Storm Coast and never stopped.

Losing my mind over the dust motes and the fact that I could hit a lamp with my maul handle. I appreciate that level of obsessive detail, okay?

I could sit on the Storm Coast and watch the sea for hours. #katyplaysInquisition

Playing the end. 😭

Playing the "real" end (aka Trespasser) where I legitimately did cry because I hate goodbyes.
