I have the same Origin notification for ME2 … it appeared about two weeks ago … AFAIK, it's an annoying Origin glitch.
I have bug fix mods on ME2 that would get overwritten, so not doing an update just because Origin says one is available.
I checked and ME2 still loads and plays fine.
Guessing you have something similar with MEA.
FYI, Origin is not reporting my MEA needing an update.

No update for me as well (since probably the last patch in 2017), even though I have a bunch of MEA mods, including bug fixing ones. Origin probably disliked something about the game files and wants to do a repair.
