ROFL, that map is so buggy.  To answer your question - bonus power. Over time, both variants average out to the same effect, but one path is steady and one is volatile. I'd rather have the surprise options of the volatile one. |

Recharge speed because checking if the recharge indicator is present throws me off the rhytm. Your crosshair is an indicator. Plus you miss out on nearly instant biotic booms of casting bubble and then warp or casting bubble twice.

I'd rather have the surprise options of the volatile one. yeah, it's just a map that keeps on giving eh... i'm in the same camp. the trade off is between the complimentary, granted volatile, damage from the immediate power follow up and the slightly faster recharge. certainly not the evo one crafts a build around but a nice bonus overall. i'll take my chances Either of them + headshots.
