Star Trek-style Dedication Plaque for Mass Effect: Andromeda's Tempest

I've been wanting to make one of these ever since I realised that Miranda's, "...O brave new world..." quote from The Tempest would make for a perfect ship's motto/slogan, in the spirit of the Enterprise's '...to boldly go where no one has gone before'. This is really just the first draft--I plan to update it with more accurate details as they become available, and maybe mess with the colours a bit.

All the details are a complete guess - and probably completely wrong - of course. The names are, in keeping with the Star Trek tradition, members of the production staff/dev team--I basically just went to the Twitter thread and dug up as many names as I could, so they're not in any real order. Well, except for Casey's spot, anyway--felt right to give him Gene Roddenberry's slot as original series creator.
