So I just noticed that Mass Effect: Andromeda is no long on the "My Games" panel in Origin.......But when I ran a search for it and found it under other games, there was a huge red exclamation mark on the screen, so I clicked it for more detail. It read "There was a problem with your payment method......" And when I view the game tile on Origin it tells me to "Buy Now" as if I hadn't already done so 4 years ago. But I bought as a pre-order long before it came out and I have played it all this time with no problem......Only now to discover this. This is weird.
Plus, what makes it even more weird is that I can still access the game from the desktop icon and it loads perfectly fine. I can still play it without any problems whatsoever. This is very weird and I am concerned about the "problem with your payment method....." message. When I pre-ordered, I did so with my credit card and it was accepted without issue.
I just checked the Payment History in my EA Account and it says that the payment of 101.69 was completed and successfully received by EA back on November 18th 2016 and it gives an Order number as well....... I hope to don't have to re-pay

I would still suggest if you can contact EA support, for if it the problem escalates you might get stuck without your copy then.

As a matter of fact, the problem (whatever it was, how ever or or why ever it was caused) seems to have corrected itself. I quit and then re-launched the Origin Client and the error message has disappeared. Plus everything in my EA Account states that I have in fact PAID in FULL for the game and that the payment was completed and received successfully, I have emails as well attesting to that fact. The only remaining mystery is that I can't seem to find it on any of my CC statements for the date or time period in question............................................................................................................................................................................Actually, never mind, I just found it. I was just looking at the wrong date range. I pre-ordered it in November 2016, but it was released March 21st 2017. I was looking at the date for the pre-order in November, but the actual charge to my CC was the week before the game's release. Problems SOLVED. Thanks again The Bunny Chaser.

Glad it worked out for you, it sounds like it was a connection issue when you started Origin.
