In Redcliffe, are the Blackstone Irregulars and the Chantry Board supposed to be available after saving Redcliffe? That's what I thought I remembered…
Neither of the games that I'm running right now have them available. Both have saved Redcliffe and both have dealt with Connor (neither have made it to Haven and the urn yet). Have I encountered a bug, or do they not appear until after the Arl is healed? If it is a bug, is there a way to fix it? I didn't even think about it earlier, but now that I'm in Denerim but can't interact with the "hooded couriers", I realized that I'm missing the quests from them. Went back to Redcliffe, and nope, not there.

Do the Chantry boards in Lothering and Denerim work correctly? Are any other Blackstones available to talk to?

I load the first post-Redcliffe save in two old playthroughs, and they were available in both of them. So seems to be limited to my current two playthroughs.

Are you using any mods? The issue with the Redcliffe job boards not appearing after saving the town is usually attributable to installing a large number of mods which affect the Event Manager. See this discussion on the Dragon Age Nexus for the longer explanation.

See this discussion on the Dragon Age Nexus for the longer explanation. Thank you That might also explain why it's working for old characters, but not the current ones - additional mod(s) added between them. Now to figure out which ones affect the Event_Manager and who might be the "one too many" (Only thing I can think is maybe I added a new Alistair romance mod that did it?). Or if it might be an improperly/unsuccessfully uninstalled Natural Bodies (someone else in the linked thread had issues after trying to uninstall Nude Variety).

Nude Variety is the devil, and one of the few mods I've encountered that can make a save unplayable... it can break an install while still installed, and it can break saves after being uninstalled.
If a mod does use Event Manager, the modder should indicate such in the documentation.
