* OK, the account is actually an old one, but I just bought ME3 for it to play with some friends just starting out.
1) This is the main one: I can play just fine, but after EACH mission, I get the message "Your connection to the game has been lost".
And then, I usually can't join a new game. I just get the "Communicating ...". To the point my best option is to exit the game and rejoin. Note: I have no such problems with my main Origin/ME account. On same PC. So shouldn't be a router thing.
2) While I'm at it, I'll mention that I again got bit by the N7HQ doesn't update bug. I know others (and myself) have experienced this on some accounts. And I can read my friend's just created account fine. Just wondering if anyone knows of a solution. I doubt it, so it's really the first one I'm hoping y'all came help out with. But here's the images:

Don't think I can try what you suggested, as all of my XBOX accounts are linked to my main Origin account.
This alternate Origin account, IIRC (!), was made for a SWTOR account (yes, an alt!). So when I bought my second ME3 PC copy, I needed to link it to a different Origin account, and this was available.
... yeah, I can't keep track of all these accounts myself!

Then I'm sorry, but I'm out of ideas. I had two alt Origin accounts: one I've created two years ago, not linked, with which I ran into the same problem as yours. My second alt account which I created a year ago was linked to an old PSN profile and has worked flawlessly...

Well, thanks anyway.
Hooked up with my buddies today and yep, they couldn't join my invite (and it took me a few tries before I could accept their invite). So yeah, this account seems to be buggy enough that it should stay 6 ft from any other account.

More/corrected info:
I get dropped when the host leaves their lobby. Normal behavior is that it switches to another in the lobby and all stay. I confirmed (experimenting with two buddies) that the second guy does indeed stay and get host switched to him. So, it is just my account.
I can join their invites, but they can't join my invites.
Repeated test on my other account (same PC) and it works fine. So, it isn't router. I tried uninstalling and reloading game. I forwarded (and made sure firewall doesn't block) 3659. Though I know this was not it (other account works).
Is there some hidden file which sets different network options for the two accounts? I don't see anything in the documents/Bioware folder. They share the same main install folder.
I'm thinking this is some Origin issue.

Yeah, I only noticed this behaviour recently, and it only seems to happen only on my newest account, instead of rolling over to the next host, I just get dropped from the match entirely. The same account also have no N7HQ info. I know I have more than 0 hours played. Edit: by 'newest' account, it's about a year old, and yet N7HQ has NEVER updated. ME3 is the only game I have on that account.

I hate to ask the dumb question - but I figured it has a remote possibility of working..... the last time I had a similar issue I used the Origin Repair Utility for ME3 and it fixed my problem.

There, there. Guys, gals. It's nothing you can do tbh.. It's been a known issue for at least over a year. Let me quote myself. You can send credits to me later. So I was forced to make a new account, in order to play ME 3 multiplayer (due to my stupidity, but it's another story ). And I have noticed: - your N7HQ profile does not update or track your progress at all, - you can see your progress in the game menu though, - you can't set any alternative banners, - but you can set main banners in the game, so at least that's nice, - you can join others normally, - but nobody is able to join your private lobbies, - nobody is able to join any lobby through your invite, or origin "join the game icon" showed next to your name, on friend's list, - however people can join your lobbies via public search if you open the lobby and tell them coordinates, - people can join your private lobbies if there's at least one person who can invite them, or they can come in through them, - host migration never works. You get a message "Your connection to the host has been lost". - EA advisors are clueless about that. I've spoken to at least 20 of them, and no one was able to help it, - at least I got a month of free Origin Access, thanks to my stubbornness ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ So unless someone capable gets into the server and fixes it, we will likely have to endure this crap.

Tonymac, Thanks for the suggestion. Alas, already tried it to no avail. Sonashii, That's pretty much my experience in a nutshell. This can be a RNG thing with Origin & ME3. My two friends who just made accounts at about same time (last week) are working totally fine. One diff with mine (besides being a second account): this account already semi-existed (from SWTOR). I probably set it up via BSN, not through Origin. I've seen anecdotes that this problem seems to often affect those? So, I'm going to ask that they reset the account. Or I beg/cajole/bludgeon them into letting me set up a totally virgin account with access to ME3. Wish me luck

I just checked. PC connection to ME3 (multiplayer) was working for me.
Customer service chat, OTOH, I haven't been able to contact in 2 days.

I should have followed your advice (in bolded in red to make it sink through!).
I won't go through my full travails, but it involved THREE new accounts, TWO refunds. And last attempt resulted in a game that won't even launch.
