So ACV this year, Starfield likely next year, DA4 the year after, then... probably 3 more years for ES6.
I just hope AC continues to follow the 2 year gap, followed by a 1 year gap trend. That would place the next AC game next year, then skip the year DA4 comes out.
I mean if they improve on Odyssey and DA4 ends up being better then Inquisition...I could easily see most of the year that they are released in belonging to both games. Yup. Both these franchises sponged a looot of my time. (Now watch the next AC and DA4 come out in the same quarter... )

So 15 studios worked on this game. I remember hearing Odyssey had 10 studios working it, but that doesn't really tell you how many developers were actually involved. I know Ubi has a small army whose job it is to help coordinate between the studios though. Apparently, they're enviably good at that. That's....mind-blowing. I guess when you have dozens of studios and nearly 14,000 employees, you just throw whatever numbers you need to at a job.

How are they getting work done with stay-at-home orders and social distancing? I realize they were working on last year etc, but still. There are probably over a 1000 people working on this, so they could have done a lot in a couple of years work. And there were rumors the game was in a pretty finished state at the start of 2020, so I guess it's just polishing now that won't take too much group effort. Of course there is a chance the game to be delayed or released in a rather buggy state

It looks like I might get what I want with feeling a little more like an Assassin with this one, but I won't be completely convinced until I see more. I spent too much time of Odyssey running around feeling like a warrior that just strikes from behind then a person that stalks their prey.

I mean, who doesn't want two Krogans reusing the assets of the Shepard-Vega spar fight from ME3 OMG! I never realized that's why it was so strange. Ahahahah. But nothing will ever beat BioWare staple glass rising/drinking animation. It's been around since KOTOR. They almost have to put it in all their games as an Easter egg at this point (I kinda miss the Hanoi Tower puzzle personally).

So I have no clue yet. Must hear the voice first and see the character model I guess.
I used to play mostly male characters (despite not being male), at least in the first playthrough (although I finished BG2 with a female Paladin the first time back then but she wasn't my first character created in the game), but since around 2014 I switched to preferring going with female protagonists first. For example, all my first Dragon Age protagonist were guys, but now I just want to play female DA protagonists when I replay them (and I'm still annoyed that it took me two DA2 playthrough before discovering female purple Hawke). SWTOR, same thing, I mostly played male characters at launch, but now I just make female characters. In MEA, I tried to play Scott but I just couldn't, back to Sara every time. Greedfall, I didn't even bother with trying the male option. Same thing in Odyssey, I picked Kassandra straight away. For Vahalla, I just want to play a Shieldmaiden. I think I wouldn't even buy the game if the option wasn't present. Which is strange to say, as I clearly have no issue playing games with just only male protagonist.
