Some of these are kinda spoilery...? Not Qui-Gon's Noble End, but pretty close.
Which one(s)?
None of these really lept out as spoilery to me.
The Guardian and The Tree of Life.

Well, we've already seen (and discussed) the "Tree of Life", and "The Guardian" doesn't feel specific enough to be a spoiler. All that says is "Boss Encounter".

Yeah, Darby confirmed there is some sort of connection between Shay (who had a Tree of Life/Yggdrasil embossed belt buckle) and ACV (where we've seen a Tree of Life rune puzzle, and possibly the Tree itself in one of the videos).
We're getting a crossover with a new AC character Darcy! With new AC content missions!

Ah well, I am not so big on crossovers but since we don't really know that much about the present day story of AC anymore and since it became more and more ridiculous after Desmond's death anyway, I don't ahve a problem with this. Besides, I think the implication that they take place in the same universe was already made in Black Flag or Rogue 9can't remember witch), where you could see Blume and CtOS advertisements in some of the present day unlockables.
There was a mission in Watch Dogs where you briefly deal with Abstergo.

So now to get the full story you don’t just have to buy books, comics, a D&D game, but now a completely separate game? And people see this as a good thing?

It's a fun bit of fan service.
If there's something you don't don't enjoy there is no obligation for you to buy the book, read the comic, play the other game, post on the forum. No obligation whatsoever.
The Watch Dogs character isn't even 'official canon'.

I agree with the Watch Dogs cameo, that's probably (or as you say even certainly) just a little tidbit of fan service.
But as we discussed just a few days ago, especially with Assassin's Creed, that's not the case with the books and comics. Remember the Juno story line that was basically the present day story from Black Flag all the way through Unity? Well, if you want to know how that turned out, you need to read a comic because it is never resolved in the games. I do get agitated over that, too.

Who said to get the "full story" you had to do that? To me, this is no different then what the MCU or what Star Wars does. "Oh The Mandalorian S2 is coming out? Well here is 5 or 6 books about it." The core story is there, but if you want more? There's going to be more.

I'm confused then, because this doesn't sound like fan service:
"Darcy herself is heavily inspired from the Assassin's Creed universe, her movement style, her look, her abilities. She'll also have dedicated content that is specifically part of the AC universe that I can't go too far into it just yet"

garrett sweetland @insaneclown45 So is it confirmed that watch dogs and assassin's creed share a universe then???
Assassin's Creed @assassinscreed Well insaneclown45, between us.. Darcy isn't actually a part of official AC canon..
Besides money, then I don't see the point of making her not official canon? That side mission in Watch Dogs meant nothing? Unless they're testing interest for a Modern day AC game?

Ubisoft Canada @ubisoftcanada Did you know? If you buy #WatchDogsLegion or #AssassinsCreedValhalla on Xbox One or PS4, you’ll be able to get the next-gen version of the game at no extra charge.
Probably for the best. The AC timeline is convoluted enough.
Meh, why even try? They're still wasting resources for a glorified "easter egg". An "easter egg" you have to pay for no less.
