It seems to me that 4 players is one player too many for a bronze level. IMO bronze should be capped at 3 participants. Bronze levels just aren't populated with enough enemy combatants. As a result, at least one player may be under utilized.
I also notice that new arrivals to MEA MP bypass the bronze level entirely. Instead, some new arrivals head directly to silver-even gold. I figure perhaps it's because bronze doesn't offer much of a challenge for some. Whatever the reason, I've noticed that it doesn't take very long into a silver mission, (or higher), to realize that some are not quite ready. Conclusion: Silver is the new Bronze.

Though I still find Bronzes a lot too, usually inhabited by under 1000 APEX players.

The last Bronze matches I found on random had at least one maxed out level XX character and over 100,000 apex points..
I couldn't fathom why they were even there unless they were playing with a newbie friend or something.

Prolly helping noobies, thats what I like to do sometimes Or play daily Bronze Challenges or Bronze APEX missions, but they won't reset characters, I do that. I also solo Bronze for Biotic/Tech/Combat Dailies.

Well, he does have a fully ranked up (gold) gun barrel. And an XX character (which to be fair, he points out you can do after not too long a time spamming basic packs). But mostly, he has a lot of experience working on his side.
So more it is a video for "if you are an experienced player, and make an alt account, you can be good in gold after maybe 2-3-4 weeks of constant play to get your bronze maxed". Which frankly, I would have taken as a given. (and still need more time to get that gun barrel)

Maxing out Common Characters and weapons is fast, I maxed them out in less than a week on game's launch. Now you will need few more days to max Characters to XX.
Not to mention that now you will almost always have one or two high APEX players in the lobby who will do heavy lifting on Gold.

Also Avenger M-8 (X) and N7 Eagle (X) are usable without any boosters even on Platinum. I scored #1 barely on Platinum with Asari Sentinel using those with zero(!) boosters or addons. Did I die? Yes, a couple of times but not even Siphon class weapon could've saved me from those events  Then again I've played this game so much I feel Platinum is not so sweat inducing anymore, its more of like "is this gold or platinum? still relaxed"  (depending on mood/time of day) |

To be honest, this is a proof of concept. Some people think you need the high rarity gear to be gold capable. Also this was a fun little video series to do last year.
