Surprise surprise after these years and countless threads about these can i finally give another answer then "Not gonna happen because EA and Origin" But many things are different this year so Dragon Age 2 and DAI Goty are available on Steam.
Unfortunately DA 2 isn´t (currently?) available as a Complete Edition / GotY but as two separate packs.

I was just replaying it on Steam and now it says my copy is "retired", though apparently I can still play it. Wondering if I have to reinstall or what. Hopefully they'll clear it up soon. I'm also wondering if their making it available again is what is giving me the most annoying bug of having three different pieces of music playing at the same time during battles. It only started doing it last night.

Just a heads up about Steam. Its going to require double DRM just like Ubisoft games did where you need both the Steam DRM and then Origin's DRM plugin. That could be why Dragon Age II might not be working properly right now for they are transitioning the game to a new version.

Thanks. The transition must be over because today it ran perfectly. I think I'll stay with my "retired" copy until they tell me I can't. I already have all the DLCs and I'm not really eager to have to pass through Origin when I don't have to.

Don't need to byu it throug hSteam anyway as I've already go tthem registered on Origin.
