So, adding new active skills is not possible yet, but I got two completely new passive skills and a version of Rage to work: Warp Ammo, Rage and Defense Systems are enabled for use by Ryder.
Sadly the automatic merging of altered lists doesn't seem to work with that mod, so I had to create a bunch of compatibility patches.

I've found a couple unused powers and hijacked some others, so nowVersion 2.0 introduces four new Active Powers: - Dark Flare: Biotic power with three stages offering devastating anti boss or anti mook capabilities
- 'Batarian Gauntlet' combat power: Basically Ballistic Blades from ME3MP mixed with the melee weapon in Andromeda
- Inferno Grenades: Combat skill that primes for fire explosions
- Havoc Strike: Tech skill - just like Liam's version but this one does actually prime for electric combos.
