Think it's safe to say that nearly everyone knows who I main on most.
Here, I believe is probably one of the last undiscovered methods in the game that's not known or widely talked about methods of controlling the multiplayer map and thus helping in Hack and Uploads, as most of the time players are just gunning down and using powers to get through the match as quickly as possible.
So, Human Kineticist, is famous for their no cooldown ability and from that, the near constant detonations that can come from that.
However, through knowledge of the map and utilisation of the ability of Pull (so, this is not exclusive to being executable by the Kineticist, it's just infinitely easier and quicker), a player with this Biotic ability (Gladiator, and Adepts) can grab enemies and position them into locations on the map that effectively confine and trap the enemies dropped there. Making it infinitely easier to perform Hacks and Uploads without enemies swarming into the zone and disrupting it, especially on difficulties from Bronze to Gold. Platinum will be dependant on the enemies on that Mission.
It's uses however are not just limited to Hacks and Uploads, for it is possible to use them to control what enemies spawn on the map through what you eliminate.
Here, a demo of it from a Bronze run (all I could find from the APEX missions that gave Upload or Hack for both Objective waves recently) is linked here, showing its use in Upload waves 3 and 6 with minimal weapons fire or attacking. Subsequently, this has also probably produced one of the lowest scores obtainable when solo'ing. With the average amount numbering into the mid to high 20s, here, it is mid-high 10s.
Only Zero has no spots that can be utilised like this, so those wanting to try it there will unfortunately not find success. Whilst Sandstorm is possibly the best one, since it is also the only one capable of locking out armored units if done right. But everywhere has some spots that can be used for locking out enemies. The only real issue, is some players have a tendency to shoot them and kill the locked out enemies, causing them to spawn elsewhere and once again swarm the hack or upload zones.
Anyway, Enjoy.

Great stuff. I once thought about having a team of Kineticists, Adepts, or Gladiators using duration Pull to neutralize all redbars on Hacks and Uploads, but this is much more clever.
Tell us more about the locations on the other maps where you can deposit people. Especially curious to know how you lock armored targets on Sandstorm.

I might go do a video compilation of the lock out locations to make it easier for those newer players. But in the mean time I'll grab some screenshots of the locations so everyone can see where some of these are. Note, that not all locations lock enemies out, some outright kill them (because enemies have no map to move on and considered immobile and hence dead in game, or the game will kill them at least) or they don't work at all (enemies get teleported to a safe location), even though another similar location might have worked. Some places need to be high up, some are just a step higher than the ground as you'll see from the screenshots below. Vertigo, Icebreaker, Sandstorm and Nimbus (Just realised I didn't do a recording for the Aqua, Derelict, Magma and Paradox, so those will come later) Note this location on Vertigo on the right hand side when from the LZ, just down the stairs, locks out all enemies you can position there. It's the area on top of the left crate. The right one enemies can hop down from. Note this location just a bit closer to the wall, only locks out Adhi and Wraiths. All humanoid enemies can leap can up and escape it. The identical location on the left side of the map (from the LZ) can also trap the same types of enemies. Note this location is just in front of the stairs at the opposite side of the map on Vertigo. (Yes, that is an Ascendant I pulled up onto there ) Note this location is by the far other side of the map on Icebreaker, and just down the ramp (Where the Adhi I'm Pulling is) This locks out all enemies. Note this location (where the targeted Adhi is) on the usual camping site, near the ammo crate, is a tiny strip of land that can lock out any enemy. Note this location at Sandstorm is down on the ground, behind and on the left (near the edge of the map) of the normal camping site for snipers up top. It can lock out any enemy, but because of geometry, armored units will not be able to be locked out here. Here, is just on the left of the stairs coming down, on the left of the LZ on Sandstorm. Whilst armored enemies normally will not try to get there, Krogan Berserkers are the easier to lock in there, because all you need to do is stand inside the lockout zone, and as the Krogan tries to melee you, it will fail, until its lunge forward melee gives it enough momentum to breach into that small raised rock. Locks out all enemies. Here in Nimbus, it is the set of crates on the far side of the map from the LZ on the ground level. Locks out all enemies. Of course, when I say locks out all enemies, it doesn't lock out Observers and Breachers, who tend not to obey the physics in the game and will escape from them without issue since they go through walls at will normally anyway. Ascendants CAN be locked out using this method as well, but currently am unsure on Fiends and Hydras, but in theory can work for them (at least on Sandstorm anyway). I'll get the rest done up later. Note that in Sandstorm, there's more locations, many more. I once locked out 9 enemies, pretty much the entire wave of enemies. So will get those shots done up later.
