Do you think that WitchHunt and Legacy playing around the same time? I mean WitchHunt it self never explaining the events in the chambers of the circle tower. Except having mobs to fight to.

Well according to the timeline in World of Thedas, Witch Hunt occurs in 9:32 and Legacy anytime between 9:31 and 9:37, so theoretically they could be happening simultaneously. However, whilst you can play Legacy any time during Acts 1, 2 or 3 or even after the main events, I feel that time wise it fits better into either Act 2 or the period between killing the Arishok and Act 3. I don't think Hawke had a high enough profile to have attracted the attention of the Carta group in Act 1 and to be honest they had to be doing something in the three years between Act 2 and Act 3, so personally I put the action between 9:34 and 9:37. Of course the argument against this is that we encounter the Wardens engaged on something important during the battle for Kirkwall with the Qunari and it would fit with Hawke having released Corypheus shortly before and the Wardens being concerned about the fact the prison has been breached, so needing to investigate. Even so, that would still put the action in late 9:33 or early 9:34.
