so it's an exact repeat of ME2. I can't say it's a bad thing

For all of Weekes' soapboxxing about how he apparently hated the "Peace" choice in Rannoch, and how the Mages vs Templars choice in Inquisition felt like a step in the right direction - this sure feels like backpaddling.

Especially if the "best" ending is determinate on you choosing the "correct" city to save.

I feel like Mages Vs Templars is a much better dilemma, unfortunately I don't think it was ever executed well

From the handful of Non-Binary people I spoke with at work about it, they say it's because "tomboy" and "feminine man" are problematic according to them. It's apparently part of the outdated language that "needs to go away", according to them.

So they're trying to push their narrative on others and that's somehow better than letting people decide they're just not NB? Great logic.
I'm NOT non binary just because of outdated stereotypes about men and women. I'm simply a woman who likes all kinds of things and disliked being a girl for a while because growing up is hard. I swear, these people are the most intolerant bunch out there right now and they don't even see the irony.

Regarding the ending choices

That's an easy one. Hopefully it's not just Davrin or Harding. If it is, Davrin is a goner in most people's playthroughs. A much more interesting choice would involve Varric or Harding. Preferably at the beginning of the game. So much potential for conflict there. Real conflict.

Have you encouraged Emmrich and Taash to find common ground today?

Any confirmation on what maximum casualties means.(is it all?). The way i currently feel about the lak of roleplay in the game that's what i'd probably aim for if i do eventually buy it on discount.

That sounds good actually. I'm also planning to play it even if it is total shit eventually because it's Bioware and I'm too weak to resist a game that has that name on the box.

Really? Did they copy what ME2 did because it was one of the most liked missions in ME? Whatever. I'll worry about that stuff when I get to that part of the game. After reading that, I'm tempted to do a kill all playthrough to be my first playthrough.

Hmm that might be a bit hasty conclusion.

we know not saving Minrathous prevents you from achieving perfect ending, but I'm still not sure what does it mean. I'm not convinced losing some faction leaders is such a huge loss.

Okay. Camel, straw. Thank you for your service. I was contemplating buying on sale and holding my nose since I would like closure and loved the series so much. However, if it is required that the player endure this, I will not play even for free.

Thats the video that killed my hype completely. Its almost a caricature of how progressive people are.

I have nothing against progressive themes or being inclusive but doing it in such a heavy handed and preachy way..just horrible and cringeworthy

With Andromeda and now Veilguard they care more about preaching than delivering a great game. Both settings lost their uniqueness and feel like 2024 LA now with how people behave.

Isabella misgendered Taash so she goes and does some push-ups as a self imposed punishment??? What in the actual F is this?? Which mentally sound person would see this and think this is good?
