So Foleys coffers are a lot emptier cause I pre-ordered the Rooks coffers and Deluxe edition. . Some hemming and hawing but honestly with entertainment sometimes you aren't just buying the new thing but also the trust and how much you owe from the last thing. And Inquisition was certainly worth the price. Still though hope I do enjoy it cause the pressure is on but hopefully the wife won't complain when I make multiple playthroughs. Yeah min are a bit emptire after payin gEA thebettre part of £ 150-200 for this and FC25 but I think it will be worth it i nboth cases. These 2 games will definitely keep m e busy over the winter I feel.

I only took one day for World of Warcraft this year despite being in a Chris Metzen fueled hype because I just *know* I won't be able to no-life it when the Dragon Age game I've been waiting for for years is around the corner. I don't think I'm playing anything else til Christmas.

Maybe a fourth warrior. And then this will see based on my propensity to do a playthrough as a Canon character. Of course a lot will depend on save slots and how good the game itself is and if anything grabs me. Of course to do wonder if I should plan for 4 Rook (one for each voice like I did for Inquisition but never got around to it. Or 6 (one for each background). If they even give us six slots.

I must say seeing that brief gameplay of the Mage made me heavily consider playing a Mage for the first time in the series. In fact, it's the first I'll ever play a Mage in RPGs since I usually play Warriors or a Rogue. It showed what a great job Bioware did displaying the Mages power and finesse. I love it!

At the moment i have 4 rooks in my head, in the keep i have 10 worlds. So i could make 6 more rooks without problems. I only have to figure out what i want to do with them.

Shadow Dragons Evoker or Spellblade (main). Grey Warden sword & shield Champion tank Crow or Veil Jumper Ranger (hmm... probably) Really though (because I'm a basic witch), I'll end up doing the 3 Mage specs. And BS myself that in the next DA, I'll play all the possible combinations.

I haven't decided on a class yet as I'm still waiting to see some mid-level combat. However, we're rocking Lords of Fortune.
I'm hoping for some dope pirate gear!

Spellblade of course (Arcane warrior and Knight Enchanter are my goto in DAO and DAI, Force Mage for DA2 since no melee spec).

given what I dropped on it we'll see if I can't get it to last till like February or March. Yeah like I know there will be 3 playthroughs in a row AT MINIMUM (one for each class), and we still don't know how different the specs will play out. I'v egot ideas for a tleas t4 o r5 rooks but the 4th/5th ones ae rjus troug hsketches atm. The first 2 o r3 are the onl yones I kind of have more or less fleshed out atm. My first Rook Lucy will be a cute young looking blonde with shoulder length hair or hair in a ponytail (depending on the CC) that happens to be a talented and powerful Grey warden mage who strongl ybelieves in wha th ewardens stand fo rprotectin gth einnocen tfrom th ehorrors of this world whether they be blood mages, demons o r darkspawn. She heard wha thappened down sou tht oth eGrey warden's there durin gth etime o fth ewar 10 years ago an ddoesn' twan tanything like that happening up north (given like Hawke in DA2)she's made a home here She will b ean Evoker making her especially strong in elemental magic. My second and 3rd charactres aren't quite as fleshed out as Lucy as I'm kin do fgoing t obase i toff th egame a little bit ansd see whereit takes m ewit hLucy first before I fill their stories out more but they will both b eelves on ea mage the other a rogue. The mag elike Lucy will be an Evoke rbut she'll be par to fthe Veil jumpers who jus thappen sto have a knack of being able to deal with trouble th eelven rogue will likel ybe a Veil Ranger and belonging to the Lords of Fortune. The 4th/5th ideas I hav eare mostl y t od owith bein geithre Antivan Crow o ra Shadow Dragon as I'm trying to come up with ideas that fit Rooks of all 6 factoins tha twould work for me. I probabl ywill end up playin gth egam emoer than 6 times though these a rejus tinitial idea san dthoughts for my first few runs.

I’m pumped for my spell blade lord of fortune. She’ll be an older, grizzled bosun who left the navy when it became clear she wouldn’t rise through the ranks due to being an elf. I’m trying to keep the outline loose since BioWare usually puts their own mark on the protagonist, but very pleased so far with the concept. My second character will be a qunari mourn watch warrior, very excited about them too.

Inquisition Mage combat was so fun. All I wanted to do was use Energy Barrage on cooldown and slash people with my laser sword. Throw in the occasional Immolate. Fade Step through enemies to slow them. It was so fun I could do it for hours. I basically already played "action RPG" cause I had no time to control my companions because I just WANTED TO MAAAAAAAAAGE.
It's why I might just go Spellblade first if we see more gameplay and it's super exciting. I hope the gameplay demo is out today. Didn't they say week of 19th?

Can i ask what makes Reaver combat fun for you? I like playing warriors/rogues more than mages, but after DAO and DA2 being borefest for me when it comes down to martial classes, i just gave up and played as mage in DAI. I started DAI playthrough as warrior one time but never got far enough to unlock a spec. However, i keep hearing that reaver is much more fun in DAI that in previous games, so i'm curious why.

The ydid bu tit's looking likely it'll b etomorrow now
