Dragon Age The Joyguard (formerly Hype Train) [Spoilers]

Pretty much this. I won't make my final choice until I know my options. What Specialisations, and even core ability trees are available, may determine what class I pick. And if backgrounds are race/class restricted then which one I fancy most will likely be the greatest determining factor. For example I was planning on being a human mage in DAO until i read about the city elf origin, at which point a Beserker elf became so much more appealing. So while an elf with a spirit spec (preferably spirit warrior since i like combining magic with smashing someone real hard in the face) sounds the most appealing to fight Solas with right now, that may not be the same when i learn the actual options.

Where the game sits on the action-to-non action scale may affect my class choice too, eg. If warrior still has no ranged weapons and i find it easier to play ranged in DAD.
