Okay, so far I have made it to the point that Prodomos was build on Eos, and this is the build I have planned and am using so far?
* Training Skill: Leader * Profile: Sentinel
Main skills:
* Barricade * Backlash * Energy Drain
Main Passives:
* Combat Fitness * Barrier * Team Support * Weapon skill ( Possibly AR? )
It is all about survivability of Ryder and the team with my first character. ( That is ... I hope I picked the right Skills and passives. ) Are there other skills/passives I could or should take instead, or is this good already?

Hey. I would drop Barricade in a heartbeat, but thats because I've played Asari Sentinel sooo much in multiplayer , I know timing of Backlash. Either Barricade or Backlash. Replace other with Throw from biotic tree for long range hits and pushovers, or Overload. Both will be making Combo Explosions with Energy Drain by mixing priming and detonating, though you must choose these in their corresponding ability trees when getting more levels. I really like Sentinel, though I'm now playing Adept... again. One of the profiles is a Backlash, Throw (or Warp, I have the mod installed), Energy Drain combo using Sentinel. Most are using Adept profile with mix of Singularity, Pull, Throw, Warp, Charge and Backlash.

Well I like Backlash quit a bit already so I guess I will drop Barricade then, and replace it with throw. I guess I should have thought about it a bit more, Energy Drain can Prime with Extended drain. And I did not choose a detonator skill like throw. ( I guess Lance could also work. ) And I always liked the Sentinel in the ME games, I like it that I no longer have to keep Tech armour up, means I can focus on the other active skills.
Thank you Unicephalon 40-D.
EDIT: Ah I just saw on the wiki why you mentioned Throw in context to "Energy Drain by mixing priming and detonating, though you must choose these in their corresponding ability trees when getting more levels." I can then use them both to detonate each other, so with that in mind I will pick Throw over lance.

This way you'll get biotic when you throw first and then drain. Tech when you drain first and then throw. If you are fast in timing you can get both at the same time or even three, like biotic->tech->biotic. Good bye enemies though sometimes in the open terrain they might fly very far

I don' tthink you need to use both Barricade and Backlash. I' d say Backlash is probably the better one due to the fact you can move with it Barricade is best used if you want to camp in one spot for a moment to recharge. It reallly depends on your playstyle and how you plan on playing your Ryder but in general you only need one of the 2

Soon after my previous post in here I already used the respec option on the Tempest and Switched to Throw in stead of Barricade. Now my build so far is ...
* Training Skill: Leader * Profile: Sentinel
Main skills:
* Energy Drain * Throw * Backlash
Main Passives:
* Combat Fitness * Barrier * Team Support * Assault Rifle
ED and Throw really work well together, especially now on Havarl

With that setup, you want to be on the frontline, tanking hits with Tech Armor and Backlash. Let your squadmates flank and demolish the enemy.
Cora is great for this, her powers are going to synergize really well with yours. Charge and shotguns will provide a lot of damage.
Vetra is arguably going to overlap with your build, but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. Concussive Shot will detonate your Energy Drain if you spec it to prime.
Liam works well with any squad layout, his skillset lets him fit in anywhere. Overload will always combo with your Energy Drain, and his Frag Grenade is good burst damage.
Jaal will function best depending on what kind of power choices you made; if you picked rifle and weapon upgrades, then have him be your sniper. If you picked melee and power upgrades, then have him act as a 'ninja'.
Drack will function similar to Cora, i.e. close-range assault. There's something to be said for having both wrecking-balls on your team while you take center. Incinerate will combo with Energy Drain, you can detonate the same with Throw.
Peebee is Peebee. What that means is dependent on you. Her Pull will allow you to make Biotic Combos with Throw.
-----
As for weapons, if you're sticking with Assault Rifles, then you want something mid-range. You can't go wrong with the classic Avenger, it has no real strengths or weaknesses; the best part about it is that it's available right from the start and it's cheap to craft. The Beam Emitter augmentation will make your rifle incredibly accurate, and you'll want piercing and stability mods so you're always on target and can punch through cover.
For Armor, I would recommend either the Pathfinder set or the Hyperguardian set. The Pathfinder set gives you DR, which will stack with Tech Armor, and it's available from the beginning requiring no research from you. It also gives you more weapon damage, so your rifle will pack more of a punch. The Hyperguardian gives you more health and shields, which are always useful.
There's nothing saying you can't mix-n-match pieces, say, Pathfinder chestpiece and helmet with Hyperguardian arms and legs.

Thank you michaeln7, I am currently on Voeld and have Cora and Jaal in my team. They all seem to work well together with my Sentinel.
As for armour ... well actually I have a combo of Pathfinder and HyperGuardian armour, and it is nice. I might go full HyperGuardian after Voeld, the HyperGuardian armour looks like a real good fit for a Sentinel to me. I am sticking to AR as the main weapon with a Shotgun as backup. ( For those pesky wraiths for instance. ) So far I am using a X-5 Ghost AR, but I might change to either a Sweeper / P.A.W or Valkyrie once I can. ( There is something about not having to worry about ammo )

Really good ones: Dhan, Scattershot, N7 Piranha, N7 Crusader.. mainly in that order Spicy Plasma Meatball launcher aka Dhan is really tough one. Scattershot has infinite ammo. Piranha has armor penetration but massive spread. Crusader is quite accurate but needs large magazine.

I am actually still using a M-23 Katana, ( Rank 2 I think, not really good so I need to change that when I can. ) but from your post it seems the Dhan is a powerful Shotgun. The Scattershot sounds nice as well, I will look into those two shotguns once I can.

Well, I went back to the Tempest and I was able to craft a Scattershot, I will try it out and see if I like it. Once I have enough Kett Alloy and once I can craft it, I will try to craft a Dhan to see how that one is.
I just checked out the Hesh on the Wiki, and yikes I do not know if I will try that one ... it seems that even the Rank X version has a horrible accuracy? ( 20 according to the Wiki? )

Yeah the accuracy sucks, its a short range gun. But add automatic and bio-converter to it and its crazy powerful up close. Works best if you have the tech ability that will regenerate you a bit between tech uses.

Well, I did mention I have the shotgun as a backup weapon for close combat surprises, so with that in mind I guess I could give it a try when I can. ( With the augments you mentioned. ) And I think you mean "Life support" from Team support? If so then I was already planning to take that one once I can.

Can anyone answer the question why i still get Skill points for my squad event if all there Skill trees are at level 6. Will there open a new skill tree or are the points just useless?

Squadmates do not get another skill or something like that. Those additional points for them are useless. I believe Kahmu's Power Overhaul mod does remove the excess points for them.
