[sorry, this is long, but I wanted to capture all the info...] Well, I finally gave up waiting for the remaster (and The Outer Worlds isn't holding my attention as much as expected). So I decided to start that ME playthrough, this time with mods (I've played many times before, just never modded). So I was hoping you'd be able to help with some basic Q's... 1) First, recommended mods for ME1? After much searching, I chose the following: ALOT, MEUITM, ALOV, Casual Hubs, Faster Airlock, Faster Elevators, Mako Mod, ME1 Recalibrated 2) Here's really my main Q: I think I installed all correctly, but how can I check to ensure they are? I ask since the following: a) On M3 main screen (1st capture), all the Mods in Library still have the "apply mod" button active. How do I tell that I loaded "Mako Mod V1" but not "Mako Mod V2" or V3? b ) That screen also shows that ALOT and MEUITM are loaded (in target window). But what about ALOV?
c) When I select Manage Target (2nd capture), it just shows 3 of them. I believe since they are the only DLC ones? But how do I check to see others are installed? d) On the ALOT installer (4th capture), it shows ALOT and MEUITM as installed, but ALOV and static lighting only say "file is imported". Are these actually installed? 3) Do I have to start ME from button in M3, or can I just start from usual desktop shortcut or Origin? thanks!
I used ME3Tweaks Mod Manager ("M3", 6.1.3), and the embedded ALOT installer (basic one, not "V4"). I installed all the ones M3 allowed, by selecting the "apply mod". Then used ALOT installer for the 5 loaded there. Here are the screen captures when done:
