Can Ratchet (from Ratchet and Clank) Defeat The Reapers?

This was a fun little rabbit hole. Sorry it took me so long, but my it was a long flight and my wings are tired!

From VS Wiki, because it exists and I am away too lazy to do the pnp work -

Shepard, John/Jane, aka The Butcher of Torfan:
- 9-A physically, 9-B to 9-A with weaponry, 8-B with high explosives rounds/grenades, High 8-C via biotics

Ratchet, son of Kaden:
- 8-C to High 8-C with his weakest weapons, Low 7-B with some of his stronger weapons, Unknown with his strongest weapons

An eye-opener for me... Ratchet has access to much better weapons, and is more powerful at base level than Shepard. Ratchet is a Super Engineer in the ME universe, that can fire a Thanix from his shoulder. His power level with his stronger weapons is equal to Sovereign or Harbinger. With his best weapons, he might be able to wreck their assault by himself in a space suit. Lulz.

Could he and Clank single-handedly defeat the Reapers? Probably not, but they could recruit the Geth and probably own everything in a few weeks.

Today I learned that Ratchet can wreck an entire small city with his weapons, while Shepard can theoretically wreck a city block. It is up to imagination, but I believe yes Ratchet with some help could easily defeat the Reapers and anything else he wanted to. Nearly MCU Thanos-level without the glove.
