I looked into this some time ago but forgot posting. So, enemies get 140% base DR for 2 seconds after spawning and 50% base DR for the next 4 seconds. Can be negated with debuffs (recon mine etc.).

We also get 2sec at 140 ? Thats immunity ... i think we do, but maybe only one sec. that was a dumb question as enemies dont have a out of cover penalty

have u tested this btw ? Looks more like you looked into the code.
Also that 140% value makes for DR being the same for players and enemies, meaning it s in cover DR. U then have 140 % damage penalty when out of cover. that means all DR values listed in game are to be divided by 1.4 to get the "effective" DR.
