Start and STOP times for embedded videos?

Please provide a screenshot when possible, as it is difficult to work off of written description; a visual will be easier for us to tackle the issue.
As far as mobile issues go, there are limitations in that ProBoards does not provide a template for modifiying the mobile version of the site.

All-

The ProBoards interface has automated tools to detect video URLs and embed these videos in a post. This includes URLs with with a specific starting timestamp, for example:

Does anyone here know if it is possible to specify both a start time, and an ENDING time, so that the embedded clip only plays for a defined duration?

It does embed, and start at the right time, but it doesn't actually stop at the right time.

The tags do work, but only if you open it up into a new tab/window, which defeats the purpose of embedding it.
