Well i don't think i can trust your crystal ball when you say that the next AC game will be in China because when you think that Alf will be our next protagonist in the coming AC game ... then i simply cannot trust you.   Still better than Connor, tbh.  Poor Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton, I liked him and AC 3 it was my first AC game before then going back and playing the Ezio games.

Still better than Connor, tbh. Poor Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton, I liked him and AC 3 it was my first AC game before then going back and playing the Ezio games. The problem with Connor for me was that the delivery of his lines were lifeless almost to the point they felt like a computer which killed any connection to the character for me. While I understand they wanted a person that spoke the language natively, the problem is I don't think the person they hired had the skills to perform voice acting.

The problem is that he was just more stoic and squished between two bombastic characters Ezio and Edward. |

I am good whatever the setting, but I understand the gameplay will be like their old games and not like Odyssey or Valhalla. I have tried the old style AC games, but did not enjoyed them and quit. Would be thrilled to see another open world action adventure game.

A couple of weeks ago Ubisoft announced the next couple Assassin's Creed games:
First up is the final free adventure for Assassin's Creed: Valhalla-The Last Chapter another massive update that is said to be the final adventure of Eivor and will likely set up the next game in the series Assassin's Creed: Mirage. Since I'm not a fan of Basim or the first couple of games in the series Assassin's Creed: Mirage is a pass. Maybe if it's on sell but otherwise not interesting to me. There is also some hoping that if this game does well Ubisoft will pull the trigger and do a remake of the first Assassin's Creed (probably in the same vein of The Last of Us Part 1 remake).
The next 3 are in various stages of development and the titles are just placeholders and very likely be changed.
Codename: Jade is a mobile game so that is a pass. Because my phone is old and it probably wouldn't run it anyway and I don't have the money for new a phone. I would love to play as Assassin in ancient China.
Codename: Red sounds cool and I'm a fan of samurai and ninja this also sounds like a natural fit for the series.
Codename: Hexe looks very interesting maybe it's feels like it's got a horror element and the way the logo looks it feels like it's set MAYBE in and/or during the Spanish Inquisition or Salem Witch Trials.
