Has anyone here tested Shield Bypass or Anti-Armor weapon augments? The description says they boost power damage to Shields/Armor. But some people on forums have claimed that they also boost weapon damage to Shields/Armor. Is that true?

I didn't actually test this, but from the references as seen in Frosty Editor, those augments do only boost power damage and not weapon damage.
Each of those two augments only affects the type specific statMod_<Type>_Powers modifier, which in turn is only used in the three power-type StatFormula assets which are finally used at the actual powers (and only those) to calculate the final damage with tall the applicable bonuses.
