A bit embarrassing as I really should know this. But I know BSN can answer this more clearly and definitively than my search results:
Tactical Cloak + Grenades: exactly when/how do you get the TC bonus on them? Most specifically applies to Sticky Grenades Proximity rank, but let's be general. Is it: 1) Must be set while cloaked (including the 2s period after)
2) Must detonate while cloaked (including the 2s after)
3) Both must be set and detonated as above
4) And am I correct that the post-2 sec period behavior is exactly the same as the "normal" cloak time?
I think it is #1 and "yes" to 4, but looking for definitive.
And specifically on Sticky Grenades: 5) Do you get the ammo bonus only if the Sticky attaches to the mob? Or is it regardless of attached or proximity detonated?
6) On the SR hip-fire penalty, scope when set, not detonated to avoid, correct?

Too lazy to sort this out so I'll just cut and paste from my notes.
Comment: (1) Sticky Grenades provide 3 types of damage: (a) grenade damage as per description; (b ) Sticky Grenade can both prime and self-detonate tech combos if Incendiary, Disruptor or Cryo ammo is used. The tech combo level is Sticky Grenade level (6) + 1 = 7; (c) ammo damage based on per shot/pellet damage, subject to hip-fire penalty if out-of-scope sniper rifle used. This damage will be quite small unless single shot weapons like the Javelin are used. (2) Ranks 5b (Armor Damage) and 6a (Damage) are multiplicative. (3) Tactical Cloak bonus applies on explosion (not when Sticky Grenade is thrown) and ammo powers apply when Sticky Grenade is thrown.

So... "TC bonus applies on explosion" - assume that holds for all grenades (and DA's, Recon Mine ... and all other dmg)? So when damage occurs (any damage of any type), I have to be under TC (or within 2 sec after it broke) to get the bonus.
Still wondering about whether I get ammo power bonus on non-immediate Sticky boom (i.e. prox trigger). Does it actually have to stick to the mob?
And on your #2, 6a (Damage) is multiplicative. According to Kalence, it isn't. Except 5b multiplies all, including 6a dmg. Is that what you meant?

My notes were specific to Sticky Grenades. Haven't checked for other nades.
Sticky Grenades 6a (Damage) does indeed look to be additive. I don't have the sauce for the comment that it is multiplicative. However, I trust my notes so will stick to that until proven otherwise. Do feel free to ignore that point though since additive is the norm.
