Based on the three fighting disciplines, what team of 3 would you most likely be on?

I want to try the Vanguard or Infiltrator next. 

Ideally I would be on Team Backhand and Headbutt with my 2 Krogan buddies 

In ME 2 and 3 the answer is Team Biotics for those visceral effects. The biotic charge was a nice addition to ME2 and I really liked the biotic freight train Shockwave. Unfortunately, it got scrapped for a more boring version in ME3 imho. ME3 offcourse has more emphasis on combo's and it's always fun setting off those blue booms.

Not sure about ME1 since biotics are dialed up way past 11. I guess it's pretty fun to lift a Geth Collosus but being rag dolled for an eternity by biotic enemies? Not so much.

In general I would also say it depends on how much you want to manage Shepard's squad mates. Some setups work fine independently and others benefit from a more direct control of team powers.
