There seem to be rumblings over at the EA help forums that a second patch in the works. Hopefully that sorts out some lighting issues for us photo mode addicts. Your photos are looking pretty good to me though - do you have any specific examples of the no light on Shepard problem?

Which graphic options? I've got "calibration" set to a brighter setting already, and if I brighten it further I think most scenes are going to start losing contrast. I don't have an HDR monitor, so I can't fiddle with that setting. I don't have examples because I don't save the photos where Shepard has no lighting, but I'll try to remember to do that next time. There were several spots during Samara's recruitment mission where Shepard was in so much shadow that I couldn't salvage the photo.

Which graphic options? I've got "calibration" set to a brighter setting already, and if I brighten it further I think most scenes are going to start losing contrast. Like turning off Dynamic Shadows, Ambient Occlusion etc. Just play around with the options and see if that improves the lighting. I found the lighting in ME3 pretty dark - perhaps that's what they wanted but it can drown everything out.
