I got a sim Shep moment in ME2 actually, after I posted the screenshots above. I risked her life on Haestrom to make sure she had plenty of lighting for a photo, turned on orbit camera in photo mode, and...no freckles. None. She had vanilla Sims face.

So I'm wondering if, when Shepard is facing away from the camera during combat, the game sometimes just doesn't bother loading Shepard's face texture at all. Have you noticed Sims face outside of combat photos?

Not photo mode but I did the Shadow Broker DLC and the achievement actually managed to get a GOOD screenshot of it instead of a loading screen or the summery menu.

Been picking away at Noveria the last couple of days.

It's a hell of a lot o' fun juggling whole rooms of enemies with 2 HL Biotics.

I like the little touches too, like how grates and furniture get swept up as well.
