In my original ME2 runs i found a mod that let you give Shep glowing eyes:

shep eyes

I know i couldnt do this in ME3 but I wondered if we could do it in the LE?

If you do not use the facial reconstruction apparel in ME2, you have cybernetic eyes and they turn red the more renegade you are.

That is merely a rather stupid representation of Shepard's morality. And honestly it never made sense to me, how anyone could take him seriously while looking like that. What the OP is wanting, is eyes that TIM gains from becoming indoctrinated during the First contact War.
