Not only the pathfinding. They've mucked up the cover seeking of squadmates. See pics below. Also headless npcs are appearing LOL

Liara is still bugged. If you unlock all her powers she loses access to overload. Which is honestly ridiculous, not just because there's clearly is an open option on the power wheel where overload could be, but even more so because this was already a bug in the original game.
Like, geez, come on Bioware.

What didn't change?
The company that made it. Different faces, same end result.
Sad.

In ME2 on Illium, you can still convince both the Asari slave broker and the Baria Frontiers rep for the same quest, netting a little extra paragon or renegade.

Kelly still doesn’t show up in Shepard’s final thoughts even if you romance her.

What didn't change? How great it is to be working with Cerberus. The Honorable Mr. Rupert Gardener, the greatest chef in the universe, making his calamari gumbo. The scene between Harbinger and Shepard in Arrival. One of the best scenes in the trilogy. How great it is hearing Javik talk smack to the asari on Thessia. Dude working for Cerberus and being happy about it is nothing but a delusion on the players part. Shepard was ALWAYS Alliance. I can agree on Javik though. I love that Alien. Yeah for m eShepwas alway7s Alliance they onl yagreed a temporary Allianc ewith Cerberus to deal with a common enemy with the understanding tha tonc ethe Collectors had been deal twith they'd leave

That feeling of playing a BioWare game that is present in the vast majority of their titles sure hasn't changed.

Cutscenes are still unskippable and unpausable, at least in ME1.

Though wasnt this remaster outsourced.. there might be stuff there which wont be fixed without a complete rewrite so they might have just gone past them I said it a long time ago... what a lot of fans were asking for and hoping for was a remake, not a remaster. Even though part of me was also hoping for "greater" changes, particularly to the combat in ME1, they remained true to the original. It still reflects the times in which it was made... warts and all. I like that.

I will also help you skip through some of the dialogue (although that's one line at a time). I can't seem to skip the loading screen of Normandy flying though. They did add a way to shorten the elevator rides.

The Conrad Werner bug persists. He's still convinced I pulled a gun on him when I was nothing but nice to him in ME1.

I've replayed the original trilogy couple months ago, and I've definitely seen stuff like your screenshots in it, so it's not really a new issue. Wasn't all that uncommon either. The headless NPCs are new though.

I have been playing the original trilogy (mainly 2 and 3) on and off for years, never seen any squadmate cover problems ever if anything they've been standing up out of cover but never kneeling down behind something that isn't even there. Maybe I have a botched patch or something

I can't say I didn't expect it. Some of them were present in the original... just not, perhaps, manifesting themselves as frequently. I notice more bugs in the original trilogy when I play it on my Xbox One than I do on my Xbox 360 (and I'm able to play it currently on both those systems so I can compare them directly). Merely adding in backwards compatibility on the Xbox One seems to have increased the instances of bugs manifesting themselves. I'm not surprised the remaster has exacerbated things a little more. Hopefully, they were expecting to have to do a few patches to the remaster and have budgeted to get them done. Time will tell.
For me, I wasn't planning to buy MELE. My copy was gift. I'm enjoying it... although I'm holding off starting ME2 to wait for a patch largely because of your posts. Overall though, I'll probably still prefer to play the original despite the lower quality graphics. I'm lucky because I am on an Xbox, so I can play the whole OT on either the Xbox One or, as long as mine as some life, even on the Xbox 360. I guess it also plays well enough on the X Series (but I haven't got my hands on one of those yet).

Grats on your gift I gifted myself But ya I don't play on console, I am not too fond of the controller aspect. Don't put off playing ME2 due to my posts, these problems might be limited to pc players such as myself. Go for it!

I just remember yelling at Miranda and Garrus to stop "taking cover" in the open, because I sorely needed them as distraction in the early game while playing infiltrator with a shotgun, that definitely got lodged in my memory of the game!

To the point, I couldn't even finish Freedom's Progress back in 2106 because the YMIR refused to show up the last time I tried to play a ME Trilogy PT (even restarting the mission/game didn't fix it). I always suspected the issues were tied to the CPU speed: the faster they are, the worst the issues are. ME2 LE is a lot less buggier then my last two ME2 playthroughts really.

The squadmate cover problems are new to me and I've been playing since 2010. But sure, ME2 has had its fair share of bugs in the original version, I've experienced lock-ups in Illium, being unable to finish Kasumi's and Mordin's loyalty missions by pressing F etc. Must say I've never had the problem with the YMIR not showing up at Freedom's Progress.
If you have your game via the Origin launcher did you repair/update?

If you have your game via the Origin launcher did you repair/update? I think I tried the repair, but it was a fresh install. I just gave up and skipped to ME3 instead.
