I completed Priority Rannoch, but the Admiral Xen war asset is missing from the Quarrian war assets (yes I did what I was suppose to). Also Aralakh company war asset is missing for the Krogan.

Yep.
Also it appears that even if the player gathers more than 100,000 mineral resources, only 25 war assets will be given instead of 100. This has always been a bug/glitch for a lot of people. There was a thread on the old forum discussing that. I've tried many different ways to get 100 war assets. Only once I was able to, then when I repeated the same thing again, I got 25. Hopefully Bioware will fix that and the other stuff related to the assets.

I completed Priority Rannoch, but the Admiral Xen war asset is missing from the Quarrian war assets (yes I did what I was suppose to). ] Robosexual biower devs salty that the quarians are just too fabulous and give moar war assets than the dumb toasters, so they hobbled the great Admiral Xen. Yet another reason to play the original instead, along with the glorious Multiplayer.

I've got the 100 war asset in ME3LE for the mineral bonus. I was saved the game before and after the Suicide mission and imported post suicide mission save. I need to check on Aralakh company war asset, im near meeting with the quarians as well.
EDIT : I have Grunt as war asset, but no Aralakh company. However i was destroyed Maelon's data and Eve died and ended in krogan clan wars resulting many casualties but i don't know if Aralakh company was involved in this clan war.

War assets seem to be skewed, or at least the total for best Destroy ending does. 7800 Total military is required. In the OT, I could easily garner 8025. Now I can't hit 7600. Shepard actually DIED on my first run of ME3LE. I ALMOST cried, but managed to keep it together lol. This warrants further investigation I think.

Also Aralakh company war asset is missing for the Krogan. I'm on a runthrough where my plan is to kill the rachni queen and then kill the breeder in ME3. Does this mean I won't get the Aralakh Company war assets? Or is it a different circumstance?

He and the company have no effect on the Queen or Breeder. And vice/versa.

In the OT you got the Aralakh Company war assets if you killed the Breeder. If you didn't kill the Breeder, it ended up destroying the Aralakh Company. (I'm 99% sure anyway.) So I guess my confusion lies in Aralakh being taken out of the war assets. But I guess there's only one way to find out.

Take a look at this thread. In one playthrough I had 7800. If I had completed omega and citadel dlc's I would have had nearly 8300 war assets. Take a look at the war asset thread to see how to get your war assets higher than 7600.

I'm fairly certain though, that if the true Queen is alive and Grunt is loyal, not all of Aralakh is destroyed so you get them remnant's of them plus Grunt and Queen. Let us know how you get on.

I have yet to save them. Not getting peace between geth and quarians would be possible. Just so you know, there's ≈8650 war assets. Since 7500 is need for the breath scene, that leaves you with a lot of wiggle room to miss some assets. Like I said. Look at the assets thread to get an idea of what you need for the playthrough you're doing to get the ending you want.

I had over 100,000 of each, but only got 25 war assets. When I play ME2 again, I will do all my scanning before the mission just in case that made a difference. And yes, collecting eezo takes a bit of time since it's rare.

Just curious - How many planets did you discover, yet not mine for minerals to depletion. In the OT, when I first noticed I wasn't get the full war asset for minerals even though I had well over 100,000 of each, I started making a point of fully depleting any planet I discovered and avoiding discovering planets that I had no intention of depleting. That did require making a list from the Wiki as to the locations of the rich planets in each system (e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd from the sun in that system) and then only going to the planets on my list. For the most part, it means scanning very few planets that are not mission planets (at least for imported saves that got a slug of bonus minerals at the start anyways). Since using this strategy, I have received the 100 Minerals War Asset in ME3 every single time... more than 30 playthroughs and counting. I haven't gone through ME2 in MELE yet, but I suspect they haven't changed this... since it seems they haven't changed much about ME2 and only rebalanced the War Assets in ME3.
ETA: If you want to do it conserving as many probes as possible, just take your time to find the highest peaks available to you and position your probe so that you're on the absolute apex when you shoot it. That way, you're not leaving "tailings" behind with each shot you take. Most planets can be completely depleted in 10 probes or less and the most I've ever used on a single planet is 15.

The difference for me is I had not reached 100,000 with element zero before completing the suicide mission. After the mission, before importing the save, I scanned to get element zero above 100,000. So that might be the difference. This war asset has always been a problem. There was a thread on the old forum talking about it. I tried a number of ways to get 100. I explored all the main clusters, but I only mined planets that were marked Rich, possibly, Good, or Moderate. I only visited the side clusters if there was a side mission there and I was also mining on those planets, two different minerals were often present in double peaks on the ones marked Rich, I always sent a drone to these places. I also mined the DLC clusters.

I only visited the side clusters if there was a side mission there and I was also mining on those planets, two different minerals were often present in double peaks on the ones marked Rich, I always sent a drone to these places. I also mined the DLC clusters. The way I understand it (and I honestly can't remember where I first read it), the war asset is based on a ratio between the total of available resources (which increases as you explore planets and their name pops up) and what you deplete/mine. So, what I do minimizes the total available and increases percentage mined of that total. The other factor, of course, is to get all the left-over minerals over 100,000. The more up upgrade, the more you have to mine. My method has worked without fail for a lot of playthroughs of the OT now (on the Xbox 360 and on the Xbox One, at least). If you're not going to deplete it, don't explore it (i.e. cause the planet's name to pop up).
It really doesn't matter if the planet starts out rich or poor... all the planets can be probed to depletion. The only factor is how many probes you want to spend doing it. Probes cost credits and in the OT ME2, credits could be pretty tight. In MELE, it's not so bad.

When scanning in Phontes system, in the Silean Nebula Cluster, the planet Oltan does not highlight. It has the Elcor Flotilla worth 40 assets. Hopefully that can be fixed in a future patch.

It does after you get quest from Elcor ambassador. At least that happened in my case. IIRC, in OT you can scan it before you get the quest.

You're right for both.

I'm guessing you're a BSG fan?
