So i have the licence for Predator Armor and Geth weapons but I cant get the Normandy shop to stock it. I am at the right level (he offers VIII stuff and Master Spectre guns) and i have tried docking at Citadel, Feros and Noveria and whilst save scumming will change his stock he wont stock the Predator Armor or the Geth guns.
Is there a specific method to get these items to show up in the LE?

Not that I'm awaer of I think when i tcomes t ogear it's pretty random. Fo rexample I often have the same issu ewhren rtying t oget Colossu sarmour for myself and my qsuaddies though I have got lucky on my last coupl eof playthroughs of the OT. I think it's jus tone of those things as to whether you get lucky or not

Once you've looked at his stock, he doesn't restock again until after you level up... early game it's every level, later on it's every 3 or maybe even 5 levels (it's mentioned somewhere in the Wiki, but I can't recall the topic). To "farm" for a specific item, you have to roll back to the save before you looked at his stock at that level or wait until you level up.
ETA: The Geth Armory stuff seems to be exceedingly rare overall. I only saw one Geth Pulse Rifle during my entire playthrough (and that came out of a crate, not a merchant). Predator HML type armor (the good stuff) was also pretty rare until I got past Level 50.

The only thing I can think of is you gotta do quests, fill up on UNC quests. He usually doesn't stock up on many exotic high end armors. He does stock up on spectre weapons. I find the citadel merchants better for the alien armors anyway.
