ME2 Bug - Stasis Won’t Unlock

PS5. The power doesn’t appear in advanced training for the character on which I unlocked it. And no bonus powers I’ve unlocked appear in the initial list for new characters - only the default flashbang appears (no clue why it’s unlocked by default in LE, perhaps it’s another bug).

Do you have Flashbang grenades available when you're creating a new character?
I'm on PC too (Steam but the game still launch via Origin) and I can't pick frags in the character creator but it's available with Advanced Training.
Stasis didn't unlock no matter what.

I have not completed Kasumi's loyalty mission yet so I cannot say. I will be doing later today, then I will let you know.

Playing MELE1-2-3 right now, for me Flashbang grenade was unlocked for no reason, i was only recruited Kasumi but not visited Beckenstein and after LotSB no Stasis for my vanguard. Neither in ME3. The first power that unlocked for me from Liara in ME3LE righ now is Warp ammo.
I can't remember in OT what was the proper way for unlocking stasis but Liara was invited aboard Normandy after LotSB and romance was needed for unlocking Stasis but im not 100% sure about this.
I have completed already ME2 and Stasis never unlocked for me it was only support power for Liara in ME2 and ME3 but not for Shepard. Probably in ME3 Stasis will unlock after Thessia.

Couldn't figure out how to nerf the damage glitch so they just removed the power. Classic Biower

I completed Kasumi's loyalty mission, then saved the game. I then went to the research terminal and used Advanced Training. No Flashbang Grenade listed. (But read further).

I then completed Zaeed's loyalty mission, then saved the game. I went back to the research terminal and used Advanced Training. Flashbang Grenade was now listed but Inferno Grenade was not. I then reloaded the last save and used Advanced Training again. This time both Flashbang Grenade and Inferno Grenade were listed. Still no Stasis.

I then started a new game with a new character and played through the intro. Created a quick Custom Shepard to get to the bonus powers. Stasis, Flashbang Grenade, and Inferno Grenade were NOT listed.

Summary:
1. Stasis not unlocking as expected after completing Lair of the Shadow Broker. It does not appear in Advanced Training or as an available bonus power for new characters.

2. Some bonus powers (observed: Flashbang Grenade and inferno Grenade) not appearing right away under Advanced Training after gaining the squadmate's loyalty. May need to reload a previous save or play another mission to get the bonus power to appear under Advanced Training.

3. Some bonus powers may not be available in new games when creating a new character. Observed with Inferno Grenade and Flashbang Grenade.

4. The bonus powers with DLC (Inferno Grenade, Flashbang Grenade, and Stasis) are not unlocking properly under Advanced Training or for new careers in ME2LE.

Tested on PC (Origin).

Mistake indeed, it's terribly handy during any combat against multiple scions - perhaps they wanted everyone to experience the full pain of the Horizon, Disabled Collector Ship, IFF and SM missions.

People on the EA forums are saying that a save editor works. Would be nice to not have to resort to mods to fix this but I guess it will have to do in the meantime.

On the plus side, there's essentially no reason to do LOtSB anymore.

When they removed certain achievement in LE that were linked to unlocks in OT are now bugged. Spectre gear (Rich achievement) in ME1LE, Stais (Catching Up achievement). The only thing, so far, that is unlocked properly are XP bonuses in ME1LE.

Edit:
For other bonus powers and achievements not showing on terminals on Normandy. simple save/reload or save and exit to Main Menu and then reload wil fix that.
