I had so much EMS from the MP I could basically do nothing and still get whatever ending I wanted. Now I'll have to do side missions, actually go to Grissom Academy and stop the bomb from going off on Tuchanka... it's too much like work!

Once the cut was released, lowering the requirement for the breath scene, I didn't have to worry about my ems. I did whatever playthrough I wanted. Yeah I probably always had enough where I probably could have ignored mp if I wanted once the DLCs were released but I no longer have that 50 percent readiness rating bugging me to get it up. |

If you didn't know, 7500 is needed for the breath scene with the remaster.

Prefer control... breath scene doesn't matter... EMS doesn't matter. Prefer synthesis... breath scene doesn't matter... EMS doesn't matter so much. Prefer destroy... breath scene doesn't matter... it's Shepard's dying gasp anyways... but can still get it without MP in OT. Just not that big a deal for me. I've always played for the endings I want... not the ones other people want me to want.

It was relatively easy after the EC to go through the OT with just 50% EMS and still have the breath ending available. It seemed almost harder for me to get the War Assets low enough to get the low-EMS endings especially if I was using a file save imported from ME1 and ME2. I didn't even start using the N7 HQ website and never played any MP until last year sometime. It was an issue prior to the Extended Cut, but not afterward. At some point (whether it was a bug or not), I managed to get the Master & Commander Achievement on the Xbox 360 and my porfile there wasn't even connected to Xbox Live.
What's missing is the ability to manipulate your final EMS from low through to high to get all avaialble endings out of one playthrough. You could do that using MP or N7 HQ... start with a low EMS at 50% to view those endings and then go into MP or N7 HQ and ratchet it up to different levels to view all the other endings. With LE, it's now just 100%.

Before remaster, 2700 was needed for green. With remaster it's 6200. Before the remaster, the breath needed 3100 ems. Now with the remaster, 7500 is needed.

Yeah they rebalanced around all the DLC assets and made the requirements higher. You actually have less freedom to "play the game how you want" and still get all the endings than you did in the original even at 50% readiness. OP is just mad he's bad at MP and wanted to let everyone know.

I tshould hav ebeen singleplayer only from the beginning wit hMP as an add on not hav ethe 2 tied together. I don't mind having to work to get a good score in terms of EMS orwhatever and the best endings but for me that work should have stayed in single player
